Demasiado ruido se escucha todo, las mucamas pasan a las 9 de la mañana a despertar a todo el mundo y hasta que no les respondes no dejan de gritar y tocar.

The rooms are very comfortable and very clean.. bed is a little hard but overall very nice
The price is a little high for here but overall still worth coming back. The tv to watch Netflix etc didn't work either

The location was great close to shopping centers. Breakfast and buffet restaurant was amazing. The hotel has an indoor pool and a small cute chapel
Everyone was nice except for a few front desk ladies that were not helpful and one time I was told my son was not on my reservation at breakfast and it was embarrassing because I had stayed three days prior to that no issues.
The cleaning lady’s very super nice and helpful
The front desk people bad bad attitude plus they don’t explain how the buffet works
The hotel makes you feel like you are home, or in a good place. There is no doubt it is family owned the way it is run and makes you feel. Just look at some pics, you will understand how you can feel at home in this hotel. Food is very good and priced right. No one is rushing you to hurry and eat etc. The bed is as comfortable as anyone could hope for.
