The best value for money
Pros:

For the price we paid (about £30 for the night), it really felt like a premium hotel!

Location was excellent, we only stayed 1 night arriving from Cancun airport around 6pm. This hotel was 2mins walk from the main ADO bus terminal.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived to the hotel so late (8pm) and there was someone to help us check in.

As we only stayed 1 night and left early in the morning to catch the ADO, the bedroom was clean, beds were comfortable, Aircon, bathroom was big etc. No faults

There was a pool, but we didn't have time to use.

Location is quiet even if you're close to ADO etc

Pros:

Le logement est pratique pour rester 1 nuit près de la gare routière ADO. Nous avons pris la chambre contenant 2 grands lits double. La chambre et salle de bain étaient propres et confortables. Nous n’avons eu aucun bruit. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

La piscine contenait des feuilles ce qui ne donnait pas spécialement envie de se baigner. Le restaurant attenant à l’hôtel est un peu cher pour ce qui est servi en termes de quantité et qualité.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel sympathique, hôtel propre, et super parking gratuit.
Pros:

Parking accessible, des places disponibles, et gratuit. La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. Correspond aux photos, personnel sympathique. Nous avons pu faire un late checkout à 14h (au lieu de 12h) pour 200 pesos de plus.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite, la vue de la petite fenetre donnait sur une butte donnant un peu l’impression d’être enfermés et laissant la chambre assez sombre.

Excelente actitud y servicio del personal.
Cuando llegue al hotel ya era muy noche, pero respetaron mi reserva, adicional que se encontraba lleno, me otorgaron una habitación mas grande que la que quedó registrada en la reserva, ahí me quedé toda mi estancia.

Luna de miel increíble
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento un lugar muy tranquilo y limpio, la ubicación lo mejor está a 100 mts teoría o ADO, fuera del hotel está el paradero para ir a la zona hotelera y cruzas la calle y está la plaza palapagos que es muy entretenida.
