The staff were very friendly and welcoming and were always approachable.
Good Internet speed and large tv with access to many channels including Netflix etc
Large bed and bedroom.
Close to walking street, so if you like party, drugs and dirty mess it's for you!!!
Mattress was too hard for us.
The bathroom door didn't seem to slide for privacy.
The whole apartment really needs a good clean/paint.
Next door was a large carpark which we realised rented out high powered motorbikes (with big exhausts). At 6am every morning you certainly heard those big bikes revving up ready to rent...woke us up every day.
Can be a noisy street and a lot of bars/restaurants outside playing music all night!!!
We stayed in the top floor apartment with seperate bedroom (floor 5), outside our fire exit door was a huge water tank which serviced the whole building. Everytime anyone turned a tap on, flushed the toilet etc, it was very noisy...you couldn't actually hear the tv.
We had many cockroaches one evening in the bathroom, reception did give us a spray and probably through drains!!
We moved to another part of Pattaya after 5x day stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed was comfortable.
- The reason for the high ratings is that the staff asks for reviews on the spot when you check out.
- The cups in the bathroom were dirty and still had water left in them from the previous person.
- For breakfast, you can choose between Indian or Western, so I chose Indian, but the chef was not available so I ended up having Western, which took more than 30 minutes to be served.
- The shower was difficult to drain and the accumulated water never drained. I don't think the drain was cleaned.

A nice appartment clean and roomy ,big tv on the wall hot tub in the bathroom no issues whatsoever 10 minutes away from walking street , friendly staff on front desk happy with the price i paid ,
