Positive Erfahrung; würde es noch einmal buchen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Die U-Bahnstation ist praktisch vor der Tür. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wasserflecken an der Decke, zwei Lampen gingen ständig an und aus, sehr hellhörig und das Wasser brauchte ab und zu 5 Minuten, bis es warm wurde.

Great facilities and amazing staff that made my stay very memorable and comfortable
Pros:

Very cozy and amazing staff! The room is a good size with a nice bed and clean facilities. There are also different types of adapters available in the room for you to plug in your devices. The location is great as well. Just a minute away from the station. Check in and check out was super easy as well. The lively atmosphere of Myeongdong is also just a few minutes walk away. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. I would fully recommend anyone to stay at Hotel Mido and I hope to come back!

Klein hotel dat ook een café is. Hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie en veel plekken zijn bereikbaar op loopafstand. Bereikbaarheid met openbaar vervoer is ook top met een metro station binnen een paar honderd meter.

Una semana antes de la fecha a la que llegábamos al hotel nos contactó supuestamente la "manager" del hotel para confirmar la reserva a través de un enlace de WhatsApp que te dirigía a supuestamente Booking. Nosotros no solemos confirmar nada por Booking fuera de su página oficial pero como el WhatsApp ponía mi nombre y mi número de reserva, le dimos. De hecho decían que confirmaban por WhatsApp porque habían sufrido muchos ciberataques últimamente y necesitaban realizar doble chequeo. Le dimos: error. Resulta que nos timaron, nos quitaron de nuestro dinero el doble de dinero de la estancia del alojamiento. Le escribimos al hotel y nos confirman que habían sufrido un ciberataque y que lo habían notificado a las autoridades. Pero no han hecho nada más. Ni ellos ni Booking. Antes jamás dudaría de Booking y sé que nos hubiesen ayudado pero la atención al cliente para ayudarnos con nuestro caso ha sido nefasta. He perdido la cuenta de cuántas veces he llamado y no paran de decirnos "entendemos vuestra frustracion" pero nadie nos ayuda a pesar de tener hasta la denuncia puesta en comisaría. Parece que se protege más al estafador que al estafado.
Cuando llegamos al hotel no hicieron ningún tipo de referencia (sabemos que ellos no tienen culpa pero unas palabras no hubiesen estado mal). Dw hecho no nos dijieron mas que dos palabras, muy amables no eran. La ubicación del hotel excelente eso sí hay que decirlo. Pero las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas aunque la limpieza no estaba mal. La verdad es que no la recomiendo porque en la zona vimos muchos más hoteles con mejor pinta.
