Perfect place to stay in Stone Town
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lots of charm and historical features. Right on the beach and with 3 swimming pools. The location is very convenient as well, right in the center of the old town.
The room were confortable and the staff really nice.

Cons:

The big downsize is that the hotel doesn’t serve alcohols and the restaurant is a bit pricey.
The semi private beach is cool but there is a lot of people on the beach and lots of boat in the sea so not so nice to go in the water.

It was a fantastic, relaxing stay in a Beautiful Hotel with lovely Staff.
Pros:

The position and architecture of the hotel is marvellous, the restaurant is facing the beach, there are 3 pools, 2 roof top. The staff were extremely helpful, forthcoming and polite. The service was extraordinary. Day trips were organised without fuzz and were very enjoyable.

Struttura centralissima vicinissima a tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, museo Freddy Mercury, zona di passeggio, porto con traghetti per la Tanzania ( per eventuale Safari come nel mio caso)

Hotel bello nella sua storia e design

Personale poco attento e molto lento nel soddisfare le esigenze tranne la reception è l'unico neo della struttura

Posizione centralissima a Stone Town, vicinissimo al museo di Freddy Mercury, alla zona di passeggio e al porto da dove partono i traghetti per la Tanzania ( per eventuali Safari come nel mio caso).
Hotel bello nel suo aspetto e storia con piscine a vista sul mare.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit Restaurant, im Kolonialstil, direkt am Strand .
3 Pools zum Entspannen.
Zentrale Lage zur Altstadt.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Toller Service ist der Dusch- und Umkleideraum bei später Abreise.

Cons:

Durch den Bootshafen gibt es Lärm- und Abgasbelästigung. Auch lädt das Meer nicht zum Baden ein. Daher für einen Strandurlaub nicht ideal.
