Nice, great location, could do better on some elements,
Pros:

The welcome to the hotel was nice, but self check in never works well. The staff were nice and gave my children a sweet colouring in book and pencils which was nice.

The beds were comfortable and room was a good size.

Cons:

We really need bed bumpers for younger children, please invest in some. No sauna. The view from our window was bad. LFW fashion show on the roof - it would have been useful to have been told about this in advance. Expensive breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel is lovely. Good value for money. Lobby is nice and the room was spacious and as advertised.

Cons:

It was a little bit odd that we needed to give a % service charge payment on checkout. I wish this was included in the initial booking cost as it means you leave on a sour note. It’s great for the staff to get more money but feels quite American to tip them.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Beautiful room s and great staff. Breakfast is good. Location is great with a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Excellent from start to finsh.
Pros:

Fantastic room, great shower/bath, fridge, tea/coffee and additional drinks & snacks (Chargeable) with in the room. Easy check in, great friendly staff and great location with restaurants & shops all close. Great for the venue we were attended, Unlocked. Will 100% stay here again.

Anytime again!
Pros:

Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Man wollte mir deshalb auch ein noch besseres Zimmer geben, was ich ausschlug. Loft Plus ist einfach wirklich super, mittelpreisig dort.

Cons:

Teilweise etwas unklar, was jetzt, besonders beim Frühstück, mit dabei war. Ein Filterkaffee ist dabei, ein Flat White kostet aber extra. Die Qualität der Speisen ist auf richtig hohem Niveau, empfehle es trotzdem, alles wird frisch zubereitet.
