Important information:

The listed spa tax is the maximum per person per night, and may be lower for younger guests.

Please note that children up to 3 years old can enjoy breakfast and dinner for free. Children up to 6 years are charged 5,50 EUR and children up to 14 years are charged 13,50 EUR for breakfast/per day and 8,50 EUR/ 17 EUR for dinner/per day in case of booking before Check In.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included. For stays of 5 nights or more towels will be changed and for stays of 8 nights or more room cleaning will be offered free of charge. An additional cleaning service can be booked on site. Beach towels can be hired from the property for a fee.

Dogs are allowed only in the apartment category classic typ 1 and family apartment maisonette typ 2, and must be requested in advance. There is an extra charge of EUR 22 per night per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per unit is possible. Please note that we can not allow other pets.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Tolles Hotel mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Tui Sylt ist ein sehr nettes Hotel, wo man als Familie auf relativ viel Platz gut Urlaub machen kann. Die Wohnungen sind sauber, auf zwei Etagen und haben sogar zwei Toiletten. Manche Wohnungen liegen besser, bedeutet, dass man auf dem Balkon einen netten Blick zum Beispiel ins Rantum Becken hat. Andere Apartments liegen ungünstiger, und man blickt auf die Straße. Das Schwimmbad ist groß und hat eine wahnsinnige Aussicht in die Natur und aufs Meer. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch nicht klein.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Wellnessbereich hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen, niemand hat mal trocken gewischt oder Haare oder Ähnliches entfernt. Der Whirlpool war auch nicht sauber.

Pros:

Sehr kinderfreundlich, nettes Personal und entspannte Atmosphäre.
Die Küche war praktisch.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksqualität war leider nicht gut (Quantität statt Qualität), teilweise war das Frühstück sehr voll und die Kleidung roch anschließend ziemlich stark nach Fett.
Wohnzimmer der Wohnung war recht ungemütlich, vor allem die Couch. Kein Internet im TV und viele der analogen Sender funktionierten nicht.
Insgesamt fanden wir das Hotel etwas zu teuer für das, was geboten wurde.

Entspannend, schön, ruhig
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Pech, dass (fast) kein Personal für Wellness da war. Ursprünglich haben wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der Wellness Möglichkeiten ausgewählt. Da wir aber im Winter, also der Nebensaison, da waren, konnten keine Massagen o.ä. gebucht werden. Auf der Homepage stand davon leider nichts, sonst hätten wir vorab woanders auf Sylt entsprechende Anwendungen gebucht. Das Positive an der Sache: das Personal! Es wurde dann ein wenig Spa möglich gemacht, das hat uns sehr gefreut! Das in Kombination mit dem Schwimmbad, dem Whirlpool und der Sauna hat auch für eine entspannte Zeit gesorgt!

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, ruhige Lage, Apartment schön

Im Flur im ersten Stock konnte man leider das Fenster nicht verdunkeln, keine Gardine oder sonstiges

Rundum erholsam und toll!
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Die Appartements sind gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, das Frühstück war toll und besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauna mit den extrem guten Aufgüssen von Lars und Sven (Danke dafür!).
Gute Lage außerdem zum Spazierengehen am Strand.

Uns gefallen die Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels mit den Vorzügen einer Ferienwohnung ( wie zum Beispiel einer Küche). Es
Pros:

Toller Spa und sehr guter Saunameister ( Sven). Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind nicht sonderlich komfortabel.

Tolles Hotel, super Frühstücksbufett, super schöner und gepflegter SPA Bereich.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, der SPA Bereich war super, besonders die Dampfsauna. Angenehm, dass Kids unter 16 J. ab 19.00h keinen Eintritt mehr hatten (ich habe selbst 3 Kids, ist also nicht böse gemeint gegen Kinder).
Frühstücksbufett war ein absolutes Highlight, besonders die vielen, wechselnden Müslis/Porridge, welche schon fertig im Kühlregal standen.

Cons:

Zu hohe Parkgebühren, dieses müsste für Gäste kostenfrei sein.
Beim Frühstück wurde uns, sobald ein Teller leer war, das Geschirr „weggerissen“, dieses sorgte für Unruhe und Hektik und war total ungemütlich.

Es war ein angenehmer Kurzurlaub, genau wie gewünscht!
Pros:

Die Apartments sind Familienfreundlich ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist super und das Poolhaus mit schönem Ausblick, der Pool ist angenehm warm und für Kinder geeignet.
