Important information:

The listed spa tax is the maximum per person per night, and may be lower for younger guests.

Please note that children up to 3 years old can enjoy breakfast and dinner for free. Children up to 6 years are charged 5,50 EUR and children up to 14 years are charged 13,50 EUR for breakfast/per day and 8,50 EUR/ 17 EUR for dinner/per day in case of booking before Check In.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included. For stays of 5 nights or more towels will be changed and for stays of 8 nights or more room cleaning will be offered free of charge. An additional cleaning service can be booked on site. Beach towels can be hired from the property for a fee.

Dogs are allowed only in the apartment category classic typ 1 and family apartment maisonette typ 2, and must be requested in advance. There is an extra charge of EUR 22 per night per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per unit is possible. Please note that we can not allow other pets.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Ein toller Aufenthalt auf Sylt.
Pros:

Die Lage und das sehr gute Frühstück haben uns überzeugt. Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Apartment mit Kamin. Leider war für zwei Nächte zu wenig Kaminholz auf dem Zimmer. Ansonsten alles tipptopp.

Cons:

Alles war so, wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Wir können das Ressort sehr empfehlen.

Schlechter Kundenservice, wir würden nicht nochmal buchen

Die Apartments sind in Ordnung, aber auch recht simpel ausgestattet. Für ein paar Tage absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir waren über Silvester vor Ort und wir wurden erst beim Check-in informiert, dass der Spa-Bereich am 31.12 schon um 16 Uhr schließt. Wir hatten uns extra für die Buchung des Hotels wegen des Spa-Bereiches entschieden und dafür natürlich auch (über Silverster verständlich) einen hohen Preis gezahlt. Hätten wir diese Information vorher, zum Beispiel per Mail, erhalten, hätten wir uns vermutlich gegen die Buchung entschieden. Vor Ort hat das Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert und mit uns diskutiert, dass wir die Info ja am Check-in erhalten hätten. Es sollte sich dann jemand vom Management Team bei uns melden, was nur nach nochmaliger E-Mail Kontaktaufnahme erfolg ist. Aber auch hier wurde uns nur wieder gesagt, dass uns die Info ja beim Check-in gegeben wurde. Sehr unprofesionell! Was soll man noch machen, wenn man diese Info erst beim Check-in erhält? Eine Stornierung war da nicht mehr möglich. Für uns daher leider der letzte Aufenthalt in dem Resort. Eine kleine Entschuldigung und Wiedergutmachung hätte uns schon ausgereicht, aber jetzt werden wir vom Hotel nur noch ignoriert und auf unsere E-Mails wird nicht weiter reagiert.

Perfekt zum Entspannen
Pros:

Mir hat der Aufenthalt im TUI BLUE Sylt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Besonders angenehm waren der freundliche Service, der schöne Wellnessbereich und die Nähe zur Natur und zum Meer. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würde das Hotel gerne wieder besuchen.
