Important information:

Entry to the thermal area (sauna and Turkish bath) is not allowed for guests under 16 years old.

Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.

Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 30th of September and the 15th of May.

Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.

Please note that half board option does not include drinks.

Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

These additional requests will not be included in the full price of the reservation, they will be charged separately anytime during your stay.

Cons:

Ainda que não tenha nada relacionamento com o atendimento né instalações, não gostei que em todas as zonas( bar, restaurante, spa..) na fatura viesse a opção de deixar gratificação, já com um valor estipulado ou outro. Deixa o cliente sempre numa situação bastante incomoda, assim como do funcionário ao ter que explicar. Se o cliente quiser deixar algum valor, já o fará de uma forma completamente discreta ou não, porém cabe só a ele decidir.
