If you book this hotel they never answer, they don't pick up the phone or reply messages on Booking.com. Never. Ever. I wanted to ask them about free cancellation in advance, no way. I called, no one picked up. Finally on the 3rd day they replied on Facebook that they are unable to reply to my request and of course they don't know anyone who can see my free cancellation request on Booking.com and are able to reply. No one.
Then I wrote to the support of the whole RedDoorz chain. 3 days, more than 20 emails. They pretended not to understand my request. They pretended to be unable to reply. They pretended that they don't see it, though they have seen the request for the date change on Booking.com and even replied. But the request for the free cancellation - they say they don't see. Hahaha.
So they did nothing to solve the situation but kept just replying anything but a responce to the request. Because they wanted my $19. $19 means everything to them. Everything. I can't remember a business that would hate their clients so much.
RedDoorz - never again.
The location is easy for the kids to go to the beach backenport
The noise from the drunk neighbor guest and the Kara ok singing late night and those men playing card early in the morning at the cottage
