Hotel on Rivington

Tania was really friendly and helpful during our stay. She made everything easy for us and was always welcoming. Really appreciated her help – thank you!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay. It was my first time staying here and I will happily be returning in the future. We requested a room with a balcony and were given a room with a balcony that was out-of-service. Because we had arrived in the late evening they weren’t able to switch us immediately. By 11am the next morning we were in a new room with a working balcony. From that point onward it was nothing but smooth sailing. The location feels unbeatable when coupled with the views from the rooms and your access to so much of the city. Clean, efficient, affordable.

WE STAYED VALENTINE WEEKEND AT HOTEL ON RIVINGTON AND THE EXPERIENCE ANDY PROVIDED US WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FROM HIM GREETING US TO HIS ATTENTIVE SERVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS HE OFFERED US DURING OUR STAY WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE THIS EVER AND WE ARE A WELL TRAVELED COUPLE THAT HAVE STAYED IN SOME OF THE BEST HOTELS IN THE WORLD PLEASE KEEP ANDY WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK BECAUSE OF HIM HE DESERVES A PROMOTION!!!

Checked in on Halloween, Dery and Ally were awesome!

Some of the kindest staff that were attentive and cared about GREAT HOSPITALITY. HUGE ROOMS and that’s by LA standards. Big props to Andy holding it down at night for us crazies that come and go at odd hours.

An oil leak in my building and loss of heat and hot water prompted me to find a local hotel to escape to. I am happy to recommend the Hotel Rivington with a friendly and competent front desk and a comfy bar restaurant with an excellent burger. The bartender, Karleah makes a great drink and I plan to return. Karleah I learned only works on Thursdays but the food is good quality and reasonably priced whatever day you go.

The hotel is lovey. Customer service - excellent ! All front desk agents - outstanding ! Karleah, the bartender, outstanding ! My husband and I were enamored with her from the moment we sat down til we left 90 mins later - go see her! She works Thursday nights !

Went to Kin Gin bar with a buddy. Carly took great care of us and makes a great martini.

I had a great stay at Hotel on Rivington. The room was gigantic for New York City, which immediately set it apart and made the stay feel relaxed and comfortable rather than cramped. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out — it was clear cleanliness is taken seriously here.

The staff were consistently friendly and professional, but a special mention goes to Tania at breakfast. She has such a beautiful, cheerful disposition and truly made mornings a pleasure. Her warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made the stay feel special. I would come back to this hotel just to visit her!

Overall, this hotel delivers on space, cleanliness, and service — three things that are not always easy to find together in NYC. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel in a great location.

My wife and I stopped in for a drink before heading up to our hotel room. We were graciously greeted by Kit. She was extremely personable and pleasant. We stayed longer than intended because we were having great conversation with Kit. We ordered the buffalo wings, which were very good. We will definitely come back.

We were in NYC during one if the worst and coldest storms in history, the room was super cozy, warm, clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view. The staff is extremely helpful and cordial! Especially Brianna. I highly recommend. We had an excellent stay

Absolutely amazing. Dery was a big help. Needed a space to handle a meeting even after checkout and Dery made it happen.

Great location/value for lower east side. Rooms are clean and comfortable but could use a little updating. The lobby and bar have been recently updated and are great looking. But the bar is underutilized and bartender Kit is great! Go in for a tasty cocktail in an elegant setting.

Easy check in process. The room is absolutely beautiful. The staff is wonderful. Kit is a fantastic bartender and makes the best martini!

Albergo ben posizionato, a poche decine di metri da una stazione della Metro, per cui si può arrivare praticamente ovunque senza problemi e in poco tempo.
Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva a Little Italy e Chinatown oppure, dal lato opposto, alla zona del Ponte di Brooklyn.
Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, il bagno ampio e funzionale.
Al mattino, vicino al banco della reception, c'è del buon caffe, thè e cioccolata calda a disposizione dei clienti, a volontà e gratuiti. Ed è una gran cosa.
Al pomeriggio, nello stesso punto ci sono vino rosso, bianco e rosato a disposizione dei clienti, anche in questo caso gratuitamente e la qualità dei vini è buona.
All'arrivo, abbiamo ricevuto un credito da spendere al bar o per la colazione. Un omaggio gradito, non so se sia consuetudine o se sia stato determinato dal fatto che il nostro era un soggiorno piuttosto lungo.
Lo staff è cortese e disponibile.

Karleah was great & was so thoughtful in creating custom drinks!

Most extraordinary and inspiring visit at the bar . We learned so much about various drinks . Karleah is truly amazing . The selection of the liquors are fabulous! Try the strawberry infused Gin Awayuki strawberry!
