Manager has refused to be available for the last two weeks both to booking and to us so we have not been able to process
Pros:

Booked three nights paid through booking. When arrived there were no rooms available that didn’t have black mold in them. We told the check-in person we could not stay there. They said we’d have to talk to the manager about getting a refund, but the manager would not be in for a couple days.

Cons:

Couldn’t stay because of black mold growing in the room. Did not stay there.

Pros:

The room was nice. We had one of the better rooms, a 2 bedroom in the back corner. The inner bedroom was pretty quiet. We enjoyed the inner courtyard and the balcony. The location is great. My husband left a small piece to his guitar and the staff found it and mailed it to us in Oaxaca.

Cons:

The breakfast was not worth the time to go to it. It's just a few small pieces of fruit and a couple small Mexican sweet breads .

There is loud music from the nearby bars.

Pros:

size of bed and size of the room, in a very typical colonial house.
The location is great, very central.

Cons:

The breakfast is not served at the property, it's served in a restaurant 3 blocks down, but it's very poor. 1 glass of juice, a very small fruit plate, 1 coffee and 1 small cake per person. Very disappointing

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The room was huge.
The bed was comfortable and balcony was nice, and the area was great. Nice terrace and the bathroom was also nice.

Cons:

There is no place to hang your clothes, no dresser. Furniture was useless. Breakfast was about three blocks away, and it was not much. 1 coffee, 9 small slices of fruit, and a bun.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, a club next door plays extremely loud music until 4AM. You must wear ear plugs. The safe was unusable and not fasten to anything. No wifi in our room. The kitchenette had a microwave, a coffee maker and a stocked fridge but no plates or cuttlery, except 2 spoons, 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups. The staff were nice, but didn't speak English. They provided 1 bowl and a plate but couldn't provide any cuttlery.

Cons:

The sink did not drain. 4 person room but only one facecloth and one hand towel. Room was freezing. Room has minimal lighting. Next to very LOUD club. No coffee at facility. Paid for breakfast - that was blocks away. Breakfast and coffee blocks away was not good 😰😱
This property needs lots of improvement.

Pros:

All was good. We left before breakfast, so don't know. Service was good.

No heaters and was cold; however, they gave us extra blankets. So all was well.

It has a great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The property was interesting. They had a bar that was noisy. There was no heat and the fire place was for decoration, not functioning. The location was great.

No heating. Noise coming from the bar adjacent to the hotel.

Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica, ideal para caminar por San Miguel. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Nos permitieron guardar nuestro equipaje antes del check-out.

Cons:

Hubo mucho ruido en la noche: posiblemente porque era un sábado, pero se escuchaba música a todo volumen en la noche, una parecía proveniente de un bar y la otra de una fiesta, lo cual nos imposibilitó dormir.
El desayuno no está muy bueno.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal amable y nos guardaron equipaje. Agua caliente muy bien. Cortesía de desayuno , ligero pero suficiente.

Cons:

Las fotos no coinciden con las habitaciones, reservamos una basada en las fotos y cuando llegamos era otra habitación , tuvimos que pedir cambio porque esta no tenía ni una ventana y el olor a encerrado era fuerte , nos cambiaron a otra un poco mejor pero..la puerta era una puerta de metal que en realidad no cerraba , las recámaras no son recámaras son como áreas acondicionadas ....si solo buscas ubicación está bien pero no esperes un lugar cómodo.
