Le petit déjeuner est mal organisé, on vous sert des plats qui ne sont pas toujours souhaités, et et il manque souvent un ingrédient.
Quant on commande du thé, on vous sert des sachets qui ne comportent pas toujours du thé vert ou noir.
Un buffet serait beaucoup plus apprécié.

Fantastic location, very nice design, cool to have a little terrace on the top of the room. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly throughout
Value for money is not given, it's too expensive for what it delivers. Rooms were relatively dark, we were on the top floor. Despite the high quality I didn't feel we got the value for money.
It is in the heart of the city
It is hard to access the property, and the rooms are very small.
The property and staff exceeded my expectations! The staff at the front desk were wonderful!! They were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. They made us feel so comfortable. Lovely humans!! The hotel was in a central location and exceptionally clean. We never needed to ask for more towels or a refreshed room. The staff was on top of it. Breakfast was wonderful with again wonderful staff! Nice was to start the day!

The lady staff at the reception were very polite, lovely and helpful. Checked us in as soon as possible as we were a bit early. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bang in the centre of Como and very accessible to all attractions.
