A nice stay in beautiful Como
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is very good, very close to Lake Como and the ferry terminals, with many good restaurants nearby. The rooms were very spacious, modern and very clean. We really appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to the person who served us breakfast every morning at the restaurant next door. He was very friendly, welcoming, and it was always a pleasure to see him.

The hotel is pretty mediocre.
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible — the omelet was rubbery, there was no oatmeal, and the table was served with tiny muffins and small round rolls with a leaf of lettuce and ham. Butter was available only upon request.

Although our room was large and the bathroom quite spacious, the shower cabin was extremely small. Even I kept hitting my elbows against the faucet.

Gem of a hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. We were room 13 and had a view of the Cathedral. Never heard any noise from street. Great location only 5 mins walk to lake. The staff were exceptional, from the reception, cleaners and breakfast staff. Breakfast was definitely a wonderful experience. Great selection and endless cups of cappuccino.
