An amazing stay in a fabulous location.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is fabulous, view from the room was exceptional, the style of the decoration in the room and bathroom was lovely and the breakfast was the best - do not skip the breakfast! The staff are wonderful and the food and coffee are delicious.

Zentrales modernes Hotel - für ein Kurzaufenthalt in Como
Pros:

Neues, modernes, komfortables Zimmer, sehr schöner kleiner Balkon zum hübschen Innenhof. Zentrale Lage sehr gut erreichbar. Eigentlich ruhig. Gut isolierte Fenster. Sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Personal unkompliziert und korrekt, schnelle Abwicklung Check-In und Out. Bequemes grosse Bett und top Badezimmer!

Cons:

Musik von der Bar/Bistro gleich unter dem Zimmer Nr. 20 von 8h - 22h nonstop hörbar (Bässe) und der Rückkühler der Klimaanlage/Lüfter (Innenhof?) nonstop wahrnehmbar. Schade, das Zimmer wäre sonst sehr ruhig. Die Türe scheint auch nicht isoliert zu sein, da alle Gespräche aus dem Gang und der Rezeption hörbar im Zimmer.
Personal beim Frühstück überfordert zwischen 9-10 Uhr. Für ein 4* "Boutique Hotel" sehr wortkarger Empfang an der Rezeption.

great hotel with very helpful and fiendly staff, and fantastic location
Pros:

Hotel was perfectly located, facing the Chathedral, and in easy reach of train station (10 min walk). Hotel was well presented, staff were fantastic and water pressure in the showers was awesome. Overall, very pleased.

Colazione basica con un po di confusione negli ordini. Arrivare in auto un po problematico ma in pieno centro ci può stare.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum und alles ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und haben alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr grosszügiges und modernes Badezimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Reception befindet sich direkt an der Eingangstüre und ist etwas eng. Obwohl es stark gewindet hat, musste man in der offenen Türe stehen, da der Bewegungsmelder immer wieder ausgelöst wurde. Ausserdem fehlt eine Lobby.

Great location, clean and modern hotel.
Pros:

I loved that it was next to the church, the church is so beautiful. The room was clean and modern. Location is around the corner from a charming piazza (whose centerpiece is the church) where there are excellent outdoor restaurants.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.
