Pros:

The staff was welcoming, hotel was proximity to the slopes. They thought about everything their guess will need. Including storage place for skill, warmer for your ski boots, and ample parking space

The mattress was not comfortable very springy. Hurt my back

Το πρωινό ήταν απίστευτο, το προσωπικό πολύ ευχάριστο και βοηθητικό, το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και ζεστό και η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν πολύ καλή!

Είχαμε μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία σε ένα από τα εστιατόρια του ξενοδοχείου, την δεύτερη φορά που επισκευθήκαμε ένα από τα εστιατόρια το κρέας που παραγγείλαμε ζητήσαμε να είναι μέτρια ψημένο, ωστόσο το κρέας που ήρθε ήταν ωμό, αφού είδαν οι ίδιοι οι σερβιτόροι ότι δεν ήταν καλό ρώτησαν να το βάλουν να ψηθεί λίγο ακόμα,αφού πήραν το πιάτο το έφεραν μετά από δύο λεπτά και ήταν πάλι άψητο, μας ζήτησαν συγνώμη για το γεγονός αλλά όταν ήρθε ο λογαριασμός το πιάτο ήταν στην τελική τιμή, και ρώτησα για πιο λόγο δεν αφαιρέθηκε από τον λογαριασμό μου είπαν ότι ο μάνατζερ είπε ότι δεν υπήρχε λόγο να γίνε κάτι τέτοιο. Εν ολίγοις κάνανε μια αστεία έκπτωση από το πιάτο αντί να το αφαιρέσουν τελείως αφού δεν ήταν ούτε αυτό που ζητήσαμε ούτε το φάγαμε. Ο χειρισμός του μάνατζερ ήταν τραγικός, δεν θεωρώ ότι φταίει κανείς άλλος καθώς ούτε ο σεφ γιατί λάθη γίνονται. Αλλά ο μάνατζερ του ξενοδοχείου ή εστιατορίου δεν ξέρω ποιος ήταν υπεύθυνος γι αυτό το περιστατικό, ο χειρισμός του ήταν τραγικός.
