Pros:

Nice big comfy family room, plenty of space for us all. Great breakfast and a nice bar to hang out in. Swimming pool also very nice, and warm. A good value option, and great service. Fabulous showers. We went for a family ski trip, and the walk up to Garmisch Classic was an easy 8 min stroll.

Cons:

Nothing, it was a very nice stay.

Prima verblijf gehad maar zou beter gekund hebben.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer. Mooie parkeergarage. Heerlijk zwembad, altijd lekker even zwemmen zo na het skiën. Het ontbijt buffet was zeer goed en uitgebreid. En al vanaf 7 uur. Prima!

Cons:

Ski kelder veel te klein voor zo’n groot hotel in wintersport gebied. Nooit plaats op het verwarmde skischoenenrek. Het ontbijt en diner was een beetje chaotisch. Was altijd weer de vraag waar je kon gaan zitten en wanneer je een drankje kon bestellen. Het diner buffet vonden wij ook niet zo goed en lekker.

Pros:

Hotel hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zu Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

The cleaning staff is very friendly.
Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style.
Daily free complimentary mini bar in the room.
If you do not want the room to be cleaned, you receive a 5 Euro voucher that you can use in the evening at the bar.
700 m walk to the Zugspitzbahn station.

Cons:

The reception staff was not friendly and did not provide all the information.
We arrived at 2:30 PM and received the transport tickets for local buses only after several requests at 8:00 PM.
We received pillowcase and bath towel that were stained. They were replaced immediately upon our request.

Für Wintersportler und Bergbegeisterte perfekt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer, im ersten OG war ruhig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: 5 Min zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone von GP und 10 Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof für die Zugspitzbahn. Das Hotel hat 4-Sterne-Charakter.

Pros:

both rooms and breakfast where excellent. Only comment I would make is the room we were in although excellent for comfort etc. the lighting of the room was a little dim

Underwhelming at best
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, pretty typical

Cons:

Staff was unhelpful and refused a EUR 7 credit when they inappropriately charged me for a drink when I simply ordered water with my pre-paid dinner. They literally would not credit me, which I found incredible - i don’t care about the money but the principle. Most hotels would try to make this right. Also, the dinner was awful and the gym is a joke.
