Didn’t advise that there was going to be construction during our stay that impacted parking at the property
Amazing location so close to the beach as well as tasting rooms. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The free onsite parking is one of the biggest perks of all.
Nothing really to complain about. We love it every time we come.

The location was wonderful. Rooms were clean and well organized. We could walk to breakfast at a local restaurant, walk to the pier and harbor, and down State Street. The location also is an easy walk to the funk zone. We especially enjoyed the art walk of Sunday. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a lovely feel to the place with very lovely staff and all done out very aesthetically and so many lovely little touches- like free tea and coffee all day and homemade cookies in the afternoon and things in the room like great coffee machine and nice shampoo. In great location near harbour and they offer free bike rental so we took the bikes out which was great fun.

I was very sad when I had to leave.
The staff were excellent. I had both a late check-in and an early check-out that they graciously accommodated. The facility is charming and the location well placed. Time constraints prevented my use of the community bicycles available to guests, but they are a delightful touch.
This place is beautiful and peaceful. It’s close to the beach, the pier (walking distance), and staff is very friendly.

Overall it was just ok -good location staff was friendly the room itself
was very small tight spaced - bathroom was remodeled but very small
no counter space bathroom sink - bed was on the soft side and the side I slept on
was worn I sank on that side it bothered my back -hips

we did not have a pet but
if you are traveling with a dog it would be ok ? they accept a dog
will pick a different place to stay next time around
The breakfast was good and varied although the breakfast area was a bit compact. It is very close to the beach and about 10 min walk from the pier.
The rooms are quite compact, partly because of the large King bed. Everything else was fine.
