Good transit stop
Pros:

Great location for overnight transit stop to shop/eat/recharge on the way to the mountains.
Good price for being close to central Shinjuku.
Comfortable beds
Clean rooms and bathroom
Check-in staff held our bags at first. Then got us into our rooms as soon as they could, a bit early

Cons:

Rooms a re small. But hey it is Tokyo. the streets around the hotel did seem a little dodge but we did not see or have any issues

Good location, awful service
Pros:

Location was great, 7 11 literally downstairs.

Cons:

Customer service was non existent, I messaged several times on booking.com and direct mailed them to confirm something with no reply, don't bother opting for breakfast, it's horrible, a tiny box of rice, veggie, dry meat and tea.

Ubicacion, confort y buen precio

Ubicacion. Calle tranquila en el centro del barrio de Shinjuku.
Alto confort en el sueño, y muy buena ubicacion.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitacion cuadruple, es pequeña para los españoles.... en Japon debe ser lo normal.
No obstante, pasas todo el dia fuera del hotel y para dormir aprueba con nota

Je pense qu’il y a mieux et surtout mieux placé

Il y avait un micro-ondes en plus de la bouilloire et un frigo ça c’était bien comme équipement.

Cons:

Il ne faisait pas le Takkyubin pour le transfert des bagages. Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de service et le personnel n’était pas très agréable. Il manquait une barre au frigo et surtout ce n’était pas très propre. Le pire c’est que pour une chambre fumeur la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas.
