Pleasant stay, convenient location
Pros:

Hotel is well located, an easy walk from Shimbashi station which has access to multiple JR and subway lines. Plenty of dining options nearby. Handy hint - reception is on 11th floor, which is not immediately apparent from the elevator button labelling. Room was clean, comfortable and as described. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Room was small, with limited floor space for luggage, especially with three people.

Wonderful staff, close to station!
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and amenities were great. Super close to station as well.

Cons:

Room was extremely small and bedding wasn’t great quality - thin bedding, didn’t sleep great.

Clean, cosy and convenient
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was abundant and facilities especially the Onsen was lovely and very convenient after a big day of adventures. Located close to restaurants and convenient stores and most importantly the train station. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Perhaps more choices in the English buffet breakfast mainly for kids
