Dirty , needed a clean and a renovation laundry facilities were lacking. No clothesline. Plumbing was dreadful. The place was filthy and needed high pressure cleaning.

Loved the bar fridge two doors from bed, no being awakened by motor start. Very quiet even though busy road outside

Cons:

Very narrow carpark spaces, REALLY hard to get in & out I realise I was grateful there was parking but very tricky

Pros:

Lots of room, modern and fresh, air conditioning in every room 👌

Cons:

Could do with a good deep clean. Fridge wasn't very cold and sills were falling out.
