The size of the room was good. The view of the mountains was not as good as expected - had to look over the parking lot from our balcony to see them in the distance, but we could see them.
Billing - they overcharged us and would not give us an itemized receipt when we checked out. When we got home, I tried again, several times to get one and still struggled. Eventually they ended up not responding at all, so I had to file a dispute through my bank to get my refund. No one ever reached out to apologize or anything. We will not return to this hotel because of that.
Beauty of view. Easy access. Great location
Shower just ok. No ventilation in bathroom
We loved the decor and resort grounds.
Slippery bathtub and no fridge or microwave in the room. Too far to walk to old town.
Nothing. Well maybe the view.
Mean front desk, dirty carpets, poorly functional carpet, lies by booking about feee breakfast, old a/c unit, and hotel prioritizes outside party goers to their bars instead of hotel guests. Especially room 204.
So, the place the HOTEL is spectacular! We loved everything about it! It's design, the architecture, the rooms, the pool area - just WOW! The rooms itself are too big to be true for the price! As well as the facilities and cleanliness. The breakfast area, bar/cafe are very very nice too, so we wish we had more time to enjoy it. The pool was super clean so it was nice to take a dip in the morning. Whenever we are back top Santa Fe - we stay in Glorieta - 100%
I think that the place has a lot of potential, so I would love to see staff a bit more engaged and happy about their own place. Also, the breakfast was mediocre, based on expectation after we spent a night in such a beautiful place, but still worth the price, honestly. Good luck to the hotel and much love to all the staff.
The restaurants were all closed
the location is excellently situated close but not in the plaza area. very quiet
I understand peace and tranquility , ambience, etc., but the rooms are morbidly painted dark green, including the ceilings, and the lighting in the room was dim. very depressing..... the buffet breakfast, which I did not purchase for $12, was even less than those breakfasts provided for free at chain hotels along the highway. Certainly not meriting $12....
It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. There’s a club upstairs that has really good food. I drink mocktails, and they did not disappoint. I loved the way the hotel room was decorated. The pool and hot tub were both clean and at the right temperatures. Staff were awesome. Very LGBTQ friendly.
The property was big and it seemed nice when we checked in.
Think before you decide to stay here!!!! My bike was stolen from the parking lot. The front desk people did not care at all. When I told them about the incident, the only thing they cared about was showing me that I sighed a paper saying that they were not responsible for personal belongings. Did not offer an apology or any concerns. Never contacted me after. I wrote them a message and they said that they are not able to look at the security cameras and did not tell me why. Have heard of others whose car has been broken into at this property.
Also, the AC was not working properly. Would run for 10 seconds and then stop. It was very hot in the room. We opened the window but bad fumes smells were coming in so had to close it. Had such a bad night’s sleep.
The room was pretty with native products as decor. The grounds were also lovely and well kept up.
No refrigerator in the room. I made the assumption that there would be since every other motel I’ve been in has had them, even the cheap ones - and this wasn’t cheap! We put their ice machine to the test, refreshing our ice 3 times a day. We were there for 3 LONG days!!
The plugs are inconvenient for charging. One plug was so close, but the bed just covered it.
The reservation said breakfast was included, but we spent $10 each for 3 days. Actually, they raised the price to $12 on our last day.
I was so ready to leave!
The room was great, but the heater was noisy, so I turned it off while sleeping. Nice hotel and great bar, though getting around the area would be easier if it had its own Uber service. The coffee was not the best, but the breakfast food was great!
Last night at the hotel, the people in the next room kept slamming their door repeatedly throughout the night.
Great location to explore Santa Fe
