A beautiful, well-designed and welcoming hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms, attentive staff and very competitive pr
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, with lovely architecture and a well-thought-out design, and it has sufficient parking spaces. It is very cozy and welcoming. The bedroom is spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast is not very good; it only includes yogurt, granola, blueberries, toast, cream cheese, and sweet bread. The coffee is terrible—it is bitter and lukewarm.

The place is very nice, and if they improved the quality of the food, I would definitely consider it.

On another note, the rooms are very nice, but they do not have luggage racks, and the soap and shampoo are not of good quality.

There was not hot water for the shower

We had a lovely stay. My only recommendation is to keep hallway floors and staircases clean as well.
Pros:

Clean room, nice hot tub, proximity to Santa Fe plaza was perfect, nice bar atmosphere.

Cons:

Hallways and staircases need to be cleaned. Service at the bar was poor.

Great dog friendly well appointed hotel!
Pros:

Nicely decorated large room. No fee for a dog! Good light breakfast with warm excellent pastries. Good in room coffee machine. Large bathroom counter with 2 sinks.

Cons:

On the first floor side exit (near our room 103), there is a large window next to the door. It is so large and clear we thought it was an opening to walk through. I smashed into the glass. Our dog did the same later. There should be a sticker on the window so people don’t walk into it. I’m providing a photo of this.

So pleasant! Loved it. Would love to return.
Pros:

Excellent location, Decor, staff, Happy hour.
Appetizers at the Lounge were some of the best we have ever had. Green Chili Clam chowder, excellent! We tried Fries, sliders, layered potatoes - all great!!
Needed a few more amenities in the room, however, like small fridge, drawers for clothes, maybe Netflix or HBO. TV was only adequate.

Cons:

No place for clothes. Very few hangers even tho a couple extra were sent over.

“Excellent Breakfast” should mean more than a yogurt bar
Pros:

The hotel is pretty. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Complimentary drink at the bar. The bar is nice.

Cons:

I’m unsure who is in charge of labeling hotels with tags like “excellent breakfast”. There’s an uncovered yogurt bar with pastries. They didn’t even put juice out. Moreover, I didn’t even notice the sad yogurt on ice. Do they leave that out until 11am? If you are making selections for yourself and your family based off these details, you’re being mislead. Their website lists bacon, potatoes, and eggs. It’s Saturday morning. If they don’t serve those things on weekends, then when is it? Monday? It wouldn’t be difficult to be more clear on these matters, to include WHERE in the hotel breakfast would be served. If I knew I’d be reliant on door dash, I’d have stayed somewhere within walking distance to food. The rooms have no fridge or microwaves. For that, you are more reliant on the hotel being who they said they were, particularly if you are traveling with children.
