This is a great hotel, very new and modern, in a great location with exceptional staff.
Pros:

New decor and very clean. The staff are very welcoming and provide valuable advice regarding tours, how best to get about, etc. The location is so good just walking to all the main attractions in the historic part of Istanbul. The breakfast is great, items varying every day and we really liked this. The choice options is vast plus the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Sultanahmet, just a short walk from Turkey’s most important historical landmarks. I booked a "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View," but the hotel manager upgraded me to a better room, located in the new wing of the hotel (at the same address), but with a spectacular view of the city on the 6th floor.

The new room was also very clean and modern, with wireless internet that worked flawlessly, and the TV was an Android TV, equipped with Netflix, Prime Video, and everything you could want.

Breakfast was excellent, and we booked the Bosphorus boat tour through the hotel as well—25 euros per person for a morning cruise with breakfast included.

Cons:

Everything was perfect!

Звукоизоляция отсутствует. Настоятельно просят при выселении оставить отзыв 10/10. Понятно, откуда такой рейтинг у отеля

Отель находится прямо рядом с Мечетью Султанхамет. Все абсолютно новое, очень чисто, персонал приветливый. Наш номер был с видом на море. Все прекрасно!! Могу только поблагодарить и порекомендовать!!

Nous avions une chambre standard, et Kadir nous a surclassé avec une chambre plus grande et avec vue sur mer. Merci beaucoup à lui.

Si vuelvo a Estambul otra vez, este será mi hotel sin lugar a dudas.
Pros:

El servicio inmejorable. Muy atentos todo el personal, tanto los de la recepción como los que atendían en el comedor en los desayunos. Nos gestionaron a la perfección el transfer aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto
Como el vuelo salía muy pronto por la mañana nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar.

Todo. La ubicación, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal. Y las vistas de nuestra habitación….de ensueño
