For a 3 star hotel, the hotel try’s extremely hard to please.
Pros:

Upgraded room with a view. Fruit plate on final day. Location good. Staff very pleasant. Turkish coffee and tea offered each time you returned. Breakfast good for a 3 star hotel.

Un hotel de care ne vom aminti cu drag si la care am reveni oricand
Pros:

Am avut o sedere foarte placuta la acest hotel boutique si cu siguranta l-as recomanda.
- Locatia este unul dintre cele mai mari avantaje. Hotelul este situat pe o strada foarte linistita, la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de principalele obiective turistice, precum Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque si Basilica Cistern, iar Grand Bazaar se afla la aproximativ 10 minute. In imediata apropiere exista numeroase restaurante cu specific turcesc, dar si optiuni asiatice, precum si hammam-uri si alte facilitati utile pentru turisti.

- Curatenia este impecabila. Camera a fost foarte curata la sosire, iar curatenia s-a facut zilnic, la un standard excelent pe toata durata sejurului.

- Personalul merita o mentiune speciala. Toti au fost foarte atenti si amabili, iar domnul Kadir ne-a ajutat de fiecare data cand am avut nevoie de ceva. Comunicarea prin WhatsApp a fost rapida si eficienta, lucru care ne-a oferit un plus de confort pe parcursul sederii.

Un alt aspect care ne-a impresionat a fost faptul ca, atunci cand exista disponibilitate, hotelul ofera upgrade-uri gratuite. Am avut norocul sa fim mutati dintr-o camera standard intr-o camera deluxe cu vedere la mare, fara niciun cost suplimentar, iar acest gest ne-a facut experienta si mai speciala.

Daca ar fi sa mentionez un singur aspect care ar putea fi imbunatatit, acesta ar fi varietatea micului dejun. Mi-ar fi placut sa gasesc mai multe produse locale de patiserie, precum covrigi sau placinte traditionale. Totusi, acest lucru tine in mare masura de preferintele fiecarui turist, iar in fiecare dimineata am reusit sa gasim optiuni pe gustul nostru.

Per total, un hotel curat, excelent pozitionat, cu servicii foarte bune si personal implicat. Cu siguranta am reveni aici la o viitoare vizita in Istanbul.

Cons:

Nu au existat aspecte care sa ne nemultumeasca, doar cateva mici oportunitati de imbunatatire, care nu ne-au afectat in niciun fel experienta.

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Ottimo soggiorno presso questo hotel in una posizione comoda per visitare tutte le attrazioni principali della zona di Sultanahmet, vicino al tram e servito da numerosi locali, negozi e un grande supermercato. Letto comodissimo. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Colazione molto buona.

A very nice option in a great location
Pros:

This was our second stay here. Good clean spacious rooms. Good location. Friends staff. Recommended.

Cons:

Black tea (tea bags) was almost never available for breakfast, only green and herbal. And this is in Turkey 🙃

Excellent sejour
Pros:

Excellent hôtel très proche de la place Sultanahmet (on peut tout visiter à pied). Chambres calmes et confortables en état neuf ou récent, très bien équipées, bonne literie et petit-déjeuner délicieux au rez-de-chaussée. Tout comme sur les photos ! Merci à tout le staff pour sa gentillesse !

We loved our stay and if I come back to Istanbul, I’d book it again. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city. The friendliness is also a huge plus.

Very convenient making stay efficient to visit Istambul.
Pros:

Breakfast is very varied, clean and staff are friendly. Kadir is very helpful with giving info and tips on where to go. He arranged our transfer back to the airport. We had a room with a view to the water. Very, very well situated 3 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. Very central.

Location, service, and comfort
Pros:

The location is amazing, less than 10 mins to walk to the Hagia Sophia. It’s very touristy but also very local. They upgraded us to rooms at their new property Four G Premium which is brand new and were super thoughtful and kind throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent and the service was very friendly.
