Cons:

Room on the second floor hasn’t such a picturesque view as on the photos. Yes, the sea view is great, but it’s better to live higher.
And I don’t want to ask to clean my room twice and to replace the towels.

Greeting on arrival was very disappointing. I arrived at 8am
on an early flight not expecting a room but was left disappointed by the welcome. Gentleman remained seated and said “all full no room till 2pm,go away and return at 2pm.storage of luggage was offered. After travelling 15 hours an offer of a drink would have been appreciated along with an offer to call me if my room was ready an earlier,but nothing at all.
Same man was over friendly on departure requesting a good review??!!
Very noisy and small room for the price,especially as I was allegedly given an upgrade.
Doors banging and slamming all the time.
Bathroom door automatically bangs shut behind you which is an irritant.
Balcony door cannot be closed shut when your on the balcony as there is no handle.
No black out blinds light wakes you up early morning.
Refreshments try poor choice and small quantity but the is drinks available at reception which is inconvenient when your on the third floor?
Breakfast,whilst the lady was always friendly,the buffet offer was very limited with little choice.
Canned fruit juice tasted awful and cappuccino not available only tea/coffee.

Con mia moglie abbiamo potuto apprezzare, oltre a garbo e gentilezza, l'accoglienza premuriosa che si riserva a persone di famiglia. Colazioni ottime, pulizia impeccabile. Supporto e consigli assicurati...assieme al caffè o tea al rientro dalle escursioni. A un passo dal Centro. Consigliamo vivamente.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Gratis Zimmerupgrade in das Four-G Premium Hotel zwei Türen weiter. Tolles, großes Zimmer im 3.Stock mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick auf das Marmara Meer
Alles sehr neu!
Im Bad alle Pflegeprodukte vorhanden, die man brauchen könnte
Üppiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl

Todo de 10 , el personal de recepción, el desayuno, la limpieza y en una ubicación ideal para visitar Estambul.
Sin duda recomiendo este hotel. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos para reservas etc, nos pusieron una habitación con vistas sin haberla pedido , nos ofrecían café cada vez que pasábamos por recepción, botellas de agua gratis todos los días en la habitación y el último día incluso nos obsequiaron con un plato de frutas recién cortadas. We had an amazing 5-day experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Their warm smiles made me feel right at home. 


The room cleanliness was on top, everything was spotless and we appreciated the attention from housekeeping every day.


Another highlight was the breakfast—it was outstanding! There was a great variety of fresh options, and you can tell they put a lot of care into the food quality.


The hotel’s location was also perfect— I think no need to mention it again.


Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a quality stay in Istanbul.

Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix qu’on puisse trouver
Pros:

Très bien placé pour faire à pied ou en transport les sites incontournables à visiter.
Pourtant très calme le soir
Le personnel était adorable, aux petits soins

Cudowny pobyt w hotelu! Przemiła obsługa, począwszy od recepcji, przez Panie w sali jadalnej po zespół sprzątający. Wszyscy bardzo życzliwi, pomocni, dbający o gości. Z okazji urodzin dostałam niespodziankę od hotelu - talerzyk owoców :) Bardzo miły gest. Kategoria mojego pokoju została podniesiona i przeniesiono mnie do pokoju na 3 piętrze z pieknym widokiem na morze Marmara. Śniadanie różnorodne, sporo jedzenie typowego dla kuchni tureckiej. Wszystko świeże i smaczne. Lokalizacja TOP. 2 min do Błękitnego Meczetu i 5 min do Hagia Sophia. Pokój wystarczający dla dwóch osób, stylowo urządzony. Lodówka, sejf, herbata, kawa, szampon, żel pod prysznic. Krzesełka i do posiedzenia na balkonie :) POLCEAM!

Our stay was incredibly nice. This family-run hotel is centrally located, our deluxe room later upgraded to a suite was tastefully decorated and it offered an amazing view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We loved everything about the hotel.

Modernes Hotel in bester Lage für Sightseeing in der Altstadt - wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, moderne Ausstattung, toller Blick vom Zimmer über den Bosperus. Aufmerksames Personal - zum Abschied gab es einen Obstteller als Geschenk.

Cons:

Defekte Klimaanlage, dadurch nachts sehr warm im Zimmer, schwaches W-LAN in den oberen Etagen.
