Excelente experiencia
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda y bonita. Tenía una cocineta muy funcional. Las instalaciones modernas y limpias; y el personal muy amable y servicial. Es céntrico y seguro, hay un centro comercial y varios restaurantes variados en los alrededores; se siente un ambiente seguro y ordenado.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que la silla del escritorio tenía la cuerina desgastada y en mal estado.

Great facility and infrastructure.

Cons:

Room service was terrible: took long, food arrived cold, did not deliver ice in reuested quantities... There was a significant decline in the level of service level between the times I stayed there before and this tme around.

Manejo de estadía y falta de servicio 5 estrellas
Pros:

No pude disfrutar el hotel porque sobre vendieron el hotel; a pesar de que les llame y escribe para decirles que llegaria después de media noche y confirmaron que tenian la nota, nos mandaron a otro hotel de menor calidad de la que reservamos. Al menos nos hubiesen mandado a un hotel de la misma calidad y precio. Uno paga por un nivel de servicio y recibe otro, pedi un reembolso parcial y booking dice que la propiedad no responde y ahora como cliente queda uno en el limbo. Si hubiese querido ir a un hotel más barato, eso hubiese reservado desde un principio, al menos el hotel hubiese llamado para avisar que nos tenían que reubicar.

Cómodo pero Cuidado con Cancelaciones
Pros:

Las instalaciones y ubicación son buenas, el hotel y personal de valet parking son excelentes y con muy buena disposición.
Hubiera sido buena experiencia de no ser por la cancelación sin explicación y la poca amabilidad al hacerlo. El resto del grupo no tuvo mas remedio que quedarse y los demás irse a otro hotel por Pedregal.

Cons:

Cancelaron la habitación de la mitad del grupo, eso nos complicó toda la estancia. Aun cuando se habia hecho una llamada para confirmar las habitaciones a las 5pm, al llegar a las 9pm estaban 4 habitaciones canceladas y tuvimos que buscar otra opción. Tenían sobrecupo y la persona de recepcion no dió mayor ayuda el lunes 2 de marzo por la noche.

Top Favourite for CDMX and remains so
Pros:

The room was quiet, spacious, and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. Have stayed here many times, and will do again. Fantastic option to stay in CDMX for both vacation and work. A top favourite for Mexico City.

Cons:

A minor issue with shower water pressure. Initially running fine on turning on. Pressure dropped and temperature rising to become very hot, which resulted in flow (sensibly) cutting out. Flow quickly restarted as cold, and cycle continued. Reported to reception who advised maintenance immediately. Did improve but issue continued at a lower level.
