Excellent séjour et emplacement parfait
Pros:

Excellent séjour au Legacy Ottoman Hotel. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, parfait pour visiter Istanbul en toute simplicité. Tout est à proximité : transports, restaurants, lieux touristiques et commodités.
La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très agréable.
Je tiens aussi à remercier chaleureusement tout le personnel pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité durant tout le séjour.
J’ai vraiment apprécié l’expérience et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage à Istanbul.

Rien de particulier à signaler. L’expérience a été très satisfaisante dans l’ensemble.

Très bon établissement
Pros:

L’établissement est vraiment propre, les gens sont gentils et serviables et très très bien situé, Nadeem nous a beaucoup aidé pour l’organisation de ce séjour et pour ces activités, merci à lui et n’hésitez pas à demander ces services!

Pros:

Emplacement super et personnel aimable
En particulier Saif, Nadeem et Amedh qui ont été d'une gentillesse et serviabilité sans faille.

Cons:

*Les fruits secs sur la table de la chambre qui y sont restés les 4 jours
*le massage réflexologie plantaire qui n'en est pas un, même si cela a fait du bien quand même !

Сначала номер, в котором я остановился, был не очень хорошим, но персонал был отличным. Однако спасибо сотруднице по имени Nадам — на следующее утро она поинтересовалась нашим состоянием, спросила, как номер, и быстро его поменяла. Думаю, что удовлетворённость клиентов для них очень важна. Я остался доволен, спасибо. Рекомендую посетить, еда была очень вкусной.

Хочу оставить отзыв о нашем пребывании в гостинице. Нам всё очень понравилось — отель расположен в невероятно удобном месте, рядом есть всё необходимое, что сделало нашу поездку ещё комфортнее.
Отдельно хочется отметить атмосферу и дух команды — чувствуется, что персонал работает с душой и искренне заботится о гостях. Особенно запомнились сотрудники по имени Saif и Nadeem — они были очень внимательны, доброжелательны и всегда готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Благодаря им наше пребывание стало ещё более приятным.

Спасибо всей команде за тёплый приём и отличный сервис! Обязательно вернёмся снова.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, beautiful building and lobby.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant's premium-priced fresh fish was a huge disappointment. Better stick to the regular menu entries.
