ОГРОМНЕЙШУЮ БЛАГОДАРНОСТЬ хотелось бы выразить Биби.🤍 она была максимально приветлива и помогла нам в решении некоторых вопросов. Еще хотелось поблагодарить Суна бея за предоставленный номер.✨

Отдыхали в первый раз и остались в восторге! Еда вкусная, море чистое, солнце теплое, отель великолепный, персонал отзывчивый и готов помочь с любым вопросом. Отдельное спасибо нашей золотой и любимой Биби, которая следила и помогала нам. И большое спасибо Сунай бей за чудесный номер.

To be fair, the hotel management asked us about our experience before we left. They listened carefully, seemed genuinely
Pros:

The hotel’s location was great; it’s in a very beautiful area with a stunning sea, so that’s definitely a big plus. The bed was very comfortable. The larger family room is also comfortable, but the double room isn’t quite as big—still adequate, though.
The hotel itself is well-designed, with stylish furniture and beautiful tiles. So the interior design is attractive, modern, and comfortable, and the spaces are large and open.

Cons:

One of the biggest negatives was the incredibly loud music that plays late into the night. Even though we were on the second floor and relatively far from the party area, the deep bass was so strong that it was
basically like laying on the pillow with the noise constantly thumping. It’s really unbearable, and completely unnecessary. There’s no quieter rhythmic music, just the loud house music and it’s not only during a one-hour show, it just keeps going. If that’s their concept, maybe they should make it adults only, because in my opinion, it seems to bother other guests with children as well.

The next big negative is the food. Two out of five people had ongoing stomach issues, like diarrhea, pain, and nausea. The diet isn’t varied at all.
In the restaurant you often have to serve yourself, and sometimes even set the table. They are so short-staffed. It’s hard to even find a comfortable seat for five people. Sometimes there weren’t even french fries for the kids, which should really be a basic thing, like they should pay special attention to children’s meals. To get your own drinks, and there’s only one or two staff member serving. If you want more than one or two drinks, it’s a challenge—you hbave to go back and forth multiple times. The trays are also very limited, and unfortunately, the same food is served every day.
The worst part is the communication. For English-speaking guests, like us, it’s almost impossible

The service staff can be quite rude. We had a particularly bad experience at the ice cream counter. I asked for two scoops instead of one, and when the ice cream fell, the staff member picked it up with their bare hands and put it back on the cone. It was absolutely disgusting.No gloves or common sence.
I throw it into the bin.

Another issue is that they don’t pay enough attention to cleaning up trash around the sea side. The wind constantly blows it into the sea. This is really a problem for a seaside hotel.

Было очень приятно, что на наш день свадьбы Биби сделала подарок - бесплатное посещение итальянского ресторана A La Carte!
Уборка в номерах каждый день, утром/вечером смена полотенец!
Огромное спасибо также за классный номер с шикарным видом из окна Сунай Бею и Биби❤️
Ребенок оценил горки в бассейне, интересные игры, ну и конечно же безлимитное вкуснейшее мороженое🍦

Pros:

Для тех, кому важно и кто привык к высокому комфорту- точно не сюда. Отель хороший , но твердая 4ка- на 5-ку не тянет. По причине номерного фонда, постельных принадлежностей и прочего. Но разочарование при заселении быстро компенсируется отношением персонала к гостям! Высочайший класс ! Браво топ-менеджерам за подбор кадров! Любая проблема решается максимум за 3-5 мин! Особенно хочу отметить Биби- встречает как родственников и сопровождает все дни пребывания . Еще раз браво за такой персонал!

Cons:

Постель имеет запах сырости. Слишком сильный звук вечерних шоу до 12- ти ночи. У кого маленькие дети , это может быть проблемой .

Harika bir tatil geçirdik. Özellikle ön büro ekibinin güler yüzü, ilgisi ve profesyonelliği bizi çok memnun etti. Her konuda yardımcı oldular ve kendimizi gerçekten değerli hissettirdiler. Ön büro müdürü Sayın Sunay Bey’e misafir memnuniyetine verdiği önem ve nazik yaklaşımı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Belboy Mehmet Ali Bey de yardımseverliği, güler yüzü ve samimi ilgisiyle tatilimizi daha keyifli hale getirdi. Tüm ekibe emekleri için teşekkür ediyor, en kısa zamanda tekrar gelmeyi diliyoruz.

Osebje, počutili smo se kot doma, vsak dan so nas spravili v smeh in vedno poskrbeli za naše udobje, pričakovali pa nič v zameno.

Pros:

Loved the swimming deck over the sea, easy access to water activities (parasailing etc) at extra cost but didn’t live up to the ratings. Usually found a sunbed. Great spa. Plenty of water available to drink. Some evening shows.

Cons:

It seemed understaffed, difficult to find the dining areas on arrival, no one to show you, meal times were very tight but once you learned the opening hours always food somewhere. Food not varied or good quality. Definitely didn’t eat money’s worth on food. Only 1 lift & it was on its last legs, gym equipment mostly broken. Always a queue at the bar. No English spoken so it was hard to use guest services.

We were pleased with our stay at the hotel; the cleanliness of the rooms and the restaurant, along with the friendly staff, made us happy. The traditional Turkish à la carte cuisine was particularly impressive. We would like to thank Mr. Murat (à la carte) and Mr. Hakan (restaurant) for their hard work and attentiveness. We also thank Ms. Shirin and Ms. Eftalya for their kind attention and lovely gifts. We are leaving with the hope of returning. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a sunbed on the pier or the beach, but the main reason for this is the small size of the beach area. The sea itself is beautiful.

Otele giriş yaptığımız ilk andan itibaren kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Resepsiyondaki karşılama son derece güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Misafir ilişkileri ekibinin ilgisi, samimiyeti ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışması tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi.

Operasyon Müdürü Volkan Bey’e misafir memnuniyetine verdiği önem ve ilgisi için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Ön Büro Müdürü Sunay Bey’e ise bize deniz manzaralı odada konaklama imkânı sağladığı için çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamız hem çok konforlu hem de manzarası muhteşemdi.
