Really disappointed with the room I was in this time as I’ve stayed before.
They ran out of stock for the rooms, there was a noise all night that made it difficult to sleep and to fall asleep.
Very run down and has so much potential.
Pool was on the colder side, one reception staff member didn’t seem to overly care or want to help as apposed to the rest of the staff who are great.
There was no evening restaurant and the pub menu was so limited. The food was not good

It wasn’t advertised that there is no cooking within the hotel. Customers were ordering takeaway food. This wasn’t advised before arrival or during the booking process. This has to be updated and its extremely expensive for crisps £2 per packet disgusting
I really like this hotel and have been many times. The staff are great and efficient and the atmosphere is friendly and laid back. The rooms are a good size and are well appointed. The spa has a small pool a sauna and a steam room and you can often be the only one there if you time it right.

Great leisure spa centre, friendly lady at reception.
The restaurant was closed, nobody warned us about it, we had to find a closer restaurant to have dinner. We got a cheaper room than we paid for by mistake. Then I asked the lady at reception about this mistake and she changed our room for the right one.
The property is lovely however could use a little TLC!
Wear and tear was quite obvious in some places and the fact there was no restaurant service was a big loss as that would have been perfect as where it’s situated if you don’t drive It’s a far journey for meals.

The mugs in the room were chipped. No food available for stay ( which is unusual for this hotel), was notified of this a few days prior to arrival.
