We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

We like that it was really close to Endicott College, as it was convenient to be close to our child's school when they needed to move to a different dorm. It was a good room for us, everything was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast person was out, and no breakfast was offered while we stayed at the hotel, besides the complimentary coffee. We went out for breakfast to The Harvest Diner, our usual favorite spot, but it had to be later in the day, as we were busy. Having a continental breakfast would be nice!

Great location for touring the area, beautifully remodeled.
Pros:

I love the remodeled interiors and large lobby space. The room was nicely appointed and on the larger size. Friendly staff and great location for us visiting family on the North Shore.

Great stay in an awesome hotel.
Pros:

Awesome hotel in Beverly, a 10 minutes drive away from Salem. My room was spacious and very clean. I really liked staying at that hotel and will stay there again.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like.

Pros:

the property was clean, and the location was convenient. the girl at check in was great.

Cons:

the bed was quite honestly the most UNcomfortable bed that I have ever slept on. I did NOT get any sleep. there was no iron or ironing board in the room. the young man at the breakfast area was horrible. He looked like he just got out of bed, his pants were hanging off, his hair was a mess, he was eating food in the back and finally (after almost 10 minutes) came out to take our order. When he did come out he was still chewing food and chewing with his MOUTH open. PLEASE teach your employees some common decency or don't let them work there.
