Fantastic stay. Always a pleasure to stay here.
Pros:

Reception and restaurant staff were always helpful. Very attentive and observant as well, which is classy in this world on self centred services. In particular, reception staff Berel was outstanding. Informing me when my driver has arrived.

Cons:

The address is hard to find with Uber especially coming from CBD. Maybe the hotel could be better sig posted on social media.

The staff was amazing. So accommodating.

Unfortunately there were only 2 chaise loungers at the pool. Both were broken.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Clean and modern with all the amenities you need. The restaurant was especially good with great service and amazing food cooked with love! Good gym and small pool that we didn’t use but might have if we had more time.

Excelent location close to train, airport and national park, nice large rooms
Pros:

Great spacious renovated rooms, good breakfast. Good water presure :-) which is not always the case in Kenya. Excelent value for money.

Cons:

Half of lights was not working in our room.

Good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the location is ok. Shops a bit far though.

Cons:

The cleaning staff disappointed me. Let my clothes lying around as i didnt have time to tidy up in the morning. Also did not wash or replaced used glass.
