Ótimo para famílias!
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, quarto espaçoso para familias (fomos 1 casal e duas crianças de 11 e 13 anos). O quarto é muito limpo, banheiro bom e camas confortáveis. Microondas e louça excelentes e muito úteis.
Staff muito educado. Gostamos muito!

Cons:

Se for viajar vários dias para fora de Tokyo a localização pode ser um pouco longe. O bairro é muito agradável mas um pouco longe das regiões turísticas.

Pros:

The location is excellent in a quiet neighbourhood. We had 2 adjoining family rooms which was great with two teenagers so that everyone had a bed. I would not recommend the rooms with couches and futons for tall teenage children, they would be uncomfortable and it would be very cramped with luggage. They would suit families with younger children though.
