Our family had a great stay in your hotel!
Pros:

The location is great with all the nearby eateries and convenient stores. The train station is also very straight forward direction and not far away (5 mins walk) which not too difficult even with your luggage.

Room is clean, reasonably spacious enough for our family (2 adults, 2 kids), but limited space for you to open bigger size luggage. You got everything that you need in the room!

Lastly, all the staffs are very nice & very helpful! I would like to try Mimaru Hotel in other different places in the future!

Cons:

Nothing specific that we didn't really like about. Keep up the good work!

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, quarto espaçoso para familias (fomos 1 casal e duas crianças de 11 e 13 anos). O quarto é muito limpo, banheiro bom e camas confortáveis. Microondas e louça excelentes e muito úteis.
Staff muito educado. Gostamos muito!

Cons:

Se for viajar vários dias para fora de Tokyo a localização pode ser um pouco longe. O bairro é muito agradável mas um pouco longe das regiões turísticas.
