Hotel Vista - good location
Pros:

Good location - about 3 stops on the streetcar from Hiroshima Station. Walking distance to Hiroshima Castle, Hiroshima Gokoku Shrine. We also walked to the Atomic Bomb Dome & Peace Park & the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Buses & streetcars run nearby & there's a 7/11 at the bottom of the hotel. Coffee shops and Restaurants are an easy walk away too. The main room space is mainly taken up with 3 beds, with a separate entrance area (more room to take off coats & shoes etc & store them here).
The beds are very comfortable for us! There is a long bench in the room so this was handy for drink bottles, etc.
There is a small fridge & kettle etc in the room, along with bottled water.The shampoo & conditioner etc are lovely!!
We had breakfast included & the food looked nice enough- some Japanese type foods and other foods that are more Australian/American. We had a small brekky the first day but breakfast is not usually for us on this trip. The separate toilet & shower/bath area is out in this entrance area which gave it some separation from the sleeping area. The water pressure in the shower was good. We had towels replaced daily.

The separate toilet & shower/bath area is out in this entrance area which did make it a little cool at first being separatedfrom the main heat, however the hand basin is in the room. So going to the bathroom during the night & washing your hands was disruptive to my hubby!
We didn't use the chairs at the bench - could have been difficult for another person to get past.

Hotel cómodo, confortable y bien comunicado
Pros:

La habitación más amplia de lo normal en Japón, muy cómoda. Cerca de tranvía y autobuses para llegar a la estación de tren y a pie del museo y monumento de la paz. Debajo mismo un 7-eleven bastante grande, me salvó del día de la nevada.

En general esta bastante bien el hotel y los servicios en general, esta bien ubicado para ir caminando.

Cons:

Probamos el desayuno un día y sin más, habíamos leído que estaba muy bien valorado y no nos gusto mucho.

아침 식사는 매우 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 식당의 직원들이 모두 매우 친절했고 음식도 깨끗하게 잘 유지되고 있었습니다. 반갑게 맞아주었습니다. 감사합니다. 청소와 관리가 매우 잘 되어 있습니다. 만족스러운 식사였습니다. 또한 변기와 욕실이 분리된 점이 아주 좋았습니다. 이 점이 이 호텔을 선택한 이유입니다.

식당의 직원들은 매우 친절했으나, 인포메이션 로비의 직원들에게서 친절함을 전혀 느낄 수 없었습니다. 인사를 해주지 않았고 표정이 밝지 않았습니다. 지금까지의 일본 호텔에서 느꼈던 인포메이션의 친절함이 이곳은 없었습니다. 오며가며 마주쳐도 인사해 주는 직원은 없었습니다. 다른 호텔들이 너무 친절해서 비교가 크게 됩니다. 한국인 직원이 있었는데 무뚝뚝했습니다. 우리를 반갑게 맞아주는 게 아니고 매우 어색해 했습니다. 전체적으로 무뚝뚝한 첫 인상이였습니다. 방은 수건바구니, 세면대 아래 손잡이 등 오래된 낡은 먼지가 숨어져 있습니다.
