Hôtel confortable et très accueillant dans un écrin de verdure
Pros:

Cet hôtel confortable et accueillant est niché dans un écrin de verdure, avec une superbe vue sur la forêt et la mer pour les chambres « deluxe ». Il est proche de Jungmun et des sentiers de randonnées du Hallasan.
Le personnel est au petit soin (restauration, piscine, soin relaxant, réception, ménage).
Mention spécial au petit déjeuner très complet.
C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

The WE Hotel Jeju was a very pleasant stay. Everything was completely clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was very tasty and generous. The hotel has an ambience of relaxation and self-care. We visited towards the end of summer and there were families and children. The staff were lovely and accommodating and made every attempt to speak English but there was a language barrier under certain circumstances. The on-site convenience store was cheaper than the bars and restaurants. The location of the hotel is fabulous: quiet and surrounded by nature.

Cons:

The spa treatment options were lovely but perhaps a little expensive. The convenience store was more expensive than normal convenience stores and closed at night and did not have much variety.

자연과 맞닿아 있는 장소의 분위기, 눈이 온 날 산책로가 아주 멋졌습니다.

Cons:

주차장이 아래편에 큰 규모로 있고 호텔 앞에 작은 규모로 있는데 호텔로 올라가는 차로에 차들이 너무 많이 주차되어있어서 사실상 저녁에는 한차선이 되어 불편합니다. 호텔측에서 이런 도로 주차를 권장하는 사항으로 보여서 아쉽습니다.

사우나가 크지 않은 규모라 냉탕 하나, 온탕 하나인데 온탕 온도가 43도를 넘어서 편안히 쉬기에는 많이 뜨겁습니다.

outstanding stay in a confortable hotel with a great staff
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the forest, not far from Jungmun and road 1100. The staff is very helpful and caring (restaurant, réception, cleaning, water activity). The breakfast is very good, the style of rooms and common facilities are pleasant. The swimming pool and water activities were appreciated. This is my second stay in WE hotel and I will come back as soon as possible.

눈오는 날 야외 자쿠지는 정말 좋은 추억이 되었습니다. 온수풀도 마음에 들고, 숙소도 조용해서 좋았어요.

Cons:

객실 환기가 아쉬웠어요. 강풍때문에 창문을 못 열어서 답답함을 참아야했습니다.

Not a price worthy, personnel barely speaks English, old interior.

The territory is nice. View is good.

Cons:

I was additionally charged twice. First time during check in for “additional person” even if the room was booked for 3 people, but the stuff told me that “this is impossible”. And second time the stuff tried to charge for sauna entrance during checkout. But the sauna was included and after some negotiations and investigation they refunded this additional charge. But why should I fight for getting normal service and attitude.

And when I asked for an invoice of whole paid amount the front desk took those papers and refused to give them to me.

The whole hotel is very old and requires renovation. All wood in rooms has scratches and every closet or door opens with noise (when your baby sleeps - noise is the thing you want less then ever).

숲 속에 있고 조용해서 너무 좋아요. 위쪽 객실은 바다도 보여서 그냥 침대에 앉아만 있어도 너무 좋아요.

Cons:

수영장 이용했는데 물때 등이 보여 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 야외 온수풀은 아무리 야외지만 부산물이 너무 많았어요

Beautiful hotel, super staff!
Pros:

My stay at the WE Hotel was lovely.! Their breakfast buffet was the best I had in Korea, not only because of the variety of delicious food choices, but because of the friendliness of the staff. This hotel is an older one and the room temperature is controlled by the hotel and not by guests individually, so that I did not like. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My best experience while staying here was the assistance I received from the hotel staff in ordering some flowers for a friend from a local flower shop. So much of the staff speaks English and they have a real friendly disposition when providing room service or when interacting with guests in general. I definitely plan in coming back here when I visit Jeju again. Good job guys!👍🏽

Problème probablement rare mais climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas la nuit.
Un ventilateur a été apporté.

Une compensation financière à notre demande a été proposée mais très faible .

Very attentive staff and location was beautiful and quiet. Great gym and pool area.

Cons:

Rooms were worn out. Electric light and curtain system was patchy at best. Buttons didn't work the way they were intended. No clear instructions anywhere.
