Old hotel nuisance if you have car, good Italian restaurant next door.

Pokey room on 3 Rd floor. Lift was not working. Old hotel needs a lot of work. No car park expensive council car park nearby, needed coins!! Why cannot hotel do deal with council to include parking!!

The Brekkies! Also the staff are so friendly and always are there wirh a smile to attend to any concerns one might have. I alwsys find the location of the building to be perfect

Pros:

L’hôtel est proche du centre ville de Perth et des activités touristiques. L’hôtel est très bien décoré.

Cons:

C’est assez bruyant, notamment dans les couloirs. Il n’y a pas de parking et les places aux alentours sont payantes, le problème étant que la CB du parcmètre ne fonctionnant pas il fallait passer par une application qui ne reconnaît pas les numéros étrangers, il a donc fallut se lever aux aurores pour bouger la voiture afin d’éviter un PV.

Great staff!
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Special mention to the chef for the delicious food and Valeria at reception! Ideal location and close to Speygate car park.

Cons:

The hotel is old and in need of a refurb. Very creaky floorboards, noisy bathroom fans and dripping taps/toilet cisterns disrupted my sleep. Bed wasn't comfortable either.
