Trevligt boende i centrala Helsingborg
Pros:

Det är första gången som jag bor på hotellet. Jag har familj som bor i Helsingborg och när jag hälsar på bor jag på hotell för att det är smidigt och bekvämt. Hotellet ligger en bit bort från centralstationen men man kan enkelt gå dit på bara några minuter. Butiker, mataffärer och restauranger finns det gott om i området. Jag anlände sent på kvällen men det var inget problem. Rummet kändes modernt och stilrent. Jättetrevlig personal! Väldigt hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Frukosten var helt OK men inget utöver det vanliga. Personalen och läget var det bästa med hotellet. Jag råkade glömma ett USB-minne på rummet och receptionisten ringde upp mig direkt efter att städpersonalen hade hittat det. Det kallar jag service!

Cons:

Jag sov över i slutet av februari och det var tyvärr inte så varmt på rummet. Jag försökte ändra termostatens inställning på elementet utan att lyckas. Jag skulle säkert ha kunnat fixat det genom att kontakta receptionen men jag var alldeles för trött för att göra det.

Pros:

Frukosten var fantastiskt! Lungt och mysigt.

Cons:

Personalen i restaurangen på kvällen kunde kanske haft ett leende på läpparna. Ibericoköttet på spett var det mest fett på och ingen av oss åt upp detta, för övrigt väldigt god mat. Förstod det som att restaurangen på kvällen är helt fristående hotellet.

Lovely hotel, cozy rom and comfortable bed, great staff and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent choice of breakfast items - and all really tasty. The room was so quiet and warm. Very peaceful at night. I couldn't hear anything from the next rooms.

Cons:

The sink in my ensuite was so very small with a glass shelf fitted above it so I could not wash my face in it ! It was a very narrow shower room so I can see why they put a narrow sink in but would have been better with the shelf elsewhere or much higher up?
