Beautiful hotel which added elevated our stay in Edinburgh.
Pros:

The service was excellent, all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel was immaculate, with beautiful decor and lovely smelling rooms. We were within easy walking distance of the places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

The back lane to the carpark is narrow, so be careful when going to park!

A perfect hotel in every way - combining comfort, service and prime location.
Pros:

Everything about the Bonham is excellent - has parking available for a small charge and a lovely walk into the centre, so perfect location. The house has all the beautiful fates of an original house, spacious rooms and very comfortable - they thought of everything we could possibly want. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect. Couldn't fault a thing.

Restful, relaxing and just lovely.
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Barman was great and breakfast was excellent. Hotel wasn’t that busy so no queues at breakfast. Our room perhaps a wee bit small but perfectly adequate.

Cons:

Nothing could have improved our visit but if I’m slightly picky perhaps a larger room.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Alles war okay ausser Stauraum im Zimmer.

Im Zimmer hat es zu wenig Möglichkeiten Kleider zu versorgen. Es fehlt an Ablagen und Schubladen

A comfortable, relaxing stay in an excellent quality hotel.
Pros:

Our room was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The lounge spaces were inviting and staff were attentive. Check in and out was easy. The location was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing about the property. We’ve stayed there before and will do so again when we’re back in Edinburgh.

Very good, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel with real character, charm, quality and comfort.

Cons:

The continental breakfast although marketed well was poor. Many of the items on the menu weren’t available. We requested them including staple items e.g. ham, cheese, yogurt pots & received no initial feedback. We asked again and were told they’d run out…….hard to believe at 8.40 in the morning.
The lack of feedback & management was unacceptable for an hotel of this standard.
