Great breakfast and great staff.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent. They are extremely accommodating and this is one of the best things about the hotel. Also excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. Carpets not vacuumed properly, stains on floor behind toilet and stains on bedding. Also the fish pie at dinner was hardly the best and didn't taste fresh.

Excellent.
Pros:

Very comfortable. The staff were lovely, we came for my daughter to take her driving test & they even got her a congratulations card when she passed. Excellent service.

Cons:

The room was a bit too warm as the radiator was on full when we arrived. Also there aren’t any lifts upto the first floor without having to go up or down a set of stairs to get to them so was hard with the buggy. Though the staff were very helpful.

Excellent all round i will definitely stay again when I am up this way.
Pros:

The facilities in the hotel were good and the price to stay here was competitive. Staff were polite and helpful and the food was great.
The WIFI worked really well so i could work and watch something on my Netflix account without difficulties.

Cons:

Nothing.
