Cons:

We got to the hotel by dec 6, around 1130am. The staffs told us that someone has booked our room. Our reservation is from dec 5-8, 2025. Fully paid since june 2025. The staffs did not even offer options to accomodate us. Terrible experience since we travelled for 7hrs then just informed that someone has already occupied our rooms.
