Pros:

とても便利です。滞在中お休み処です夕方毎日お茶、珈琲、ジュースが飲めました。宿泊者のみの使用なので混んでいなくて、キレイでゆっくりできます。
京都駅界隈で買い物したお土産は部屋やロッカーに預ける事ができラクでした。

快適な旅のワンシーンでした。
Pros:

八条口側の駅構内にあり、非常に便利です。
宿泊者用のコインロッカーが入り口近くにあり、宿泊者はチェックアウト後も荷物を預けられます。フロントまで行く必要もなく、スタッフ、宿泊客双方に良い仕組みだと思いました。
部屋から線路が見えますが、電車の音は聞こえず、静かでした。
朝食はブッフェでした。よくあるホテル定番メニューですが、美味しかったです。
部屋の内装も素敵でした。

Cons:

ベッド周りにものを置くスペースがもう少しあると便利かな？と同行者と話しました。
また、最近は化粧水やクレンジングなどのサービスがあるところが多いので、ここはないんだなと思いました。ただ、その分が価格に反映されるなら、全く不要なサービスだと思うので、ないままで良いです。
2点書きましたが、このホテルの宿泊を検討する材料にならない小さなことです。次もここが空いていれば迷わずとります。

la stanza era doppia molto piccola come tutti gli hotel in Giappone. Avevamo due letti separati ma

la posizione ingresso direttamente dalla stazione della metropolitana e del treno facilita per le fermate del pullman

It was good and worth the money
Pros:

It has railway station just next door. Comfortable rooms which is spacious for money

Cons:

Hotel has a washing machine drier combo which is not great idea since after drying the machine is dirty. There is not much light in the area so people might miss how dirty the machine is unless they pay that much attention to detail. Instead of welcome drinks, they had coins for to get alcoholic welcome drinks since I dont drink I couldn’t use it . So we left it at the room for the new room occupants
