Pros:

The location is very convenient but it took us some time to find it from Kyoto Station. There are many restaurants and shops in the train station.

Cons:

The hotel staff were not friendly or polite.
The carpet needs to be replaced as it’s not very clean and dated.

Bra läge nära transportmedel och många restauranger
Pros:

Frukosten var bra! Den bestod av en buffé med både japanska och västerländska alternativ. Läget var bra, då hotellet ligger i stationsbyggnaden där det finns väldigt många restauranger och ett mycket stort köpcentrum i den andra delen. Personalen var hjälpsamma och rummet var städat och fräscht.

Cons:

Rummet var ganska litet, så litet att två öppna väskor inte fick plats på golvet.
