We recently stayed at the Collingwood Hotel Bournmouth.it is a good quality small family run hotel
The rooms are cmfortable and the food is very good it as many returning clients and is close to beech and Bournmouth town centre
Allin all it was a very plesant break

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
The spa area was equally impressive, peaceful, clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Overall, a truly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return!

Had a lovely midweek stay at this hotel in Bournemouth. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel was comfortable and everything we needed for a relaxing break. A big bonus was the good car park, which made things really easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

It was in a lovely area close to everything you needed. Good facilities such as pool, hot tub, spa and sauna. Staff were very friendly.

We took 47 bridge players there for a long weekend. It was our second time there, and they managed to be even more amazing that last time.
The rooms are lovely, food gorgeous (and not too poncy), facilites excellent, but above all the staff are just perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for them (I found out later they've won awards for their customer service). I didn't hear a negative comment from the players throughout the whole weekend - and plenty of "wow!"s. We've already booked for next year.

The staff at the Collingwood were fantastic; from reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping. The food was excellent and the room comfortable and well equipped.
My only gripe is the piped music in the lounge area. Seems to be the norm in hotels but I can’t understand why!

Booked one night here through secret escapes and was really happy with what we found. Booking included B & B and three course diner, parking and use of the pool.
Check in was nice and easy and friendly. Parking under cover at rear of property. Nice room, decorated well and clean.
We made use of the pool and hot tub which was a nice too. There’s a games room too but we didn’t use that.
Evening meal was really really good. Again staff all really helpful and friendly. I’m a fussy eater but was catered for with no problems.
Lovely bar area where we had a relax and few drinks. The guy on the bar (I think his name was Florin) was great.
Had great night sleep and breakfast was good too. Great choice and served to your table so no fighting a buffet like in some hotels.
Overall and great night stay and would recommend and use again.
The only negative would be that the lift is being replaced and my wife has mobility issues at time but we were offered help with luggage and we was notified about the lift at time of booking so was our choice. It great to see a hotel spend money on its property and improve the facilities.

I went as part of a group of 45 for a long bridge weekend. The hotel was well geared-up for this and everything was well organised. The food was excellent, considering the number catered for, and was served promptly at breakfast and at dinner. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

This hotel offers exactly what " it says on the box" with added oomph! The staff are friendly, efficient and always go the extra mile in catering to guests' needs. The food is exceptionally good and well above expectations for a 3* hotel. The swimming pool is clean, warm and an added bonus. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Bournemouth!

I had a really really wonderful 3 night stay at Hotel Collingwood. The staff are fabulous! Really lovely! So friendly, warm and welcoming! My room was excellant. Spacious, very very comfortable and immaculately clean. Really wonderful breakfasts and a great choice. Superb evening meals. Really a fine dining experience in a wonderful restaurant! Beautiful fish! What an amazing find and only a short walk to the fabulous beach, and town. Loved it and I will be coming back next year! Thank you Hotel Collingwood

There were 46 of us and the lift had broken the day before. The staff were marvellous, carrying all the luggage yet remaining cheerful. The food was quickly served, was hot and tasty. The room was clean and pleasant to be in. It was a marvellous 4 days.

Bridge weekend for 46 people at the hotel. Good accommodation, excellent food and even better staff.
Highly recommended.

Delicious menu, beautifully presented, and friendly, welcoming staff.

Nice little added touches like a complimentary Aperol Spritz on arrival, and fresh tulips on the table.

Great hotel made even better by Amazing staff! Super friendly the epitome of hospitality. Especially the bar/ reception staff.
We stayed for a friends hen do & everyone was so accommodating. Going above & beyond, a fabulous atmosphere.
