A 3 star hotel that requires upgrading.
Pros:

Close to the metro station (about 10 minutes walk) from where one can access the airport and other parts of the city. However, you require a cab (about SAR 15 ) to and from the station if you have luggage as the hotel is on a dual carriage motor way, and uses an underpass to get to.
The mattress and pillows are of good quality and allow for a good sleep.

Cons:

The entire decor looks dated and needs upgrading. It wasn't up to the standard that the hotel is rated. Breakfast has few choices and the pastries tasted stale.

Most of the staff does not speak English and that could be frustrating not being understood.

Overall the hotel is not worth the price. It should be classed as an outdated 3 star hotel that needs general upgrading

Pros:

Cleaning in reception area bad. Morning breakfast ok.
No airport shuttle provided free of charge.
Staff is good. Garbach pick up& trash bag need to be changed frequently

Cons:

Cleaning in entrance area & reception area. Trash changing in all floor frequently. I was stranded at kuwait

أسلوب موظفي الفندق غير متعاونين تماما / وقت الإفطار طلبت ٣ تمرات وحولني الموظف بالمطعم والمطعم لم يرد وموقف آخر استقليت تاكسي خارج الفندق وبطاقتي لم تسحب وعندما طلبت من موظف الريسبشن ان يعطيني المبلغ كاش ويسحبه من بطاقتي البنكية قال لا أستطيع واضطررت لاستقلال التاكسي والبحث عن ماكينة ودفع ضعفين الأجرة بسبب موظف الريسبشن غير متعاون وبصراحة غير مهنيين في الاستقبال يفضل موظفين مؤهلين لذلك

احب أشكر موظفي الاستقبال على تعاونهم وتعاملهم الراقي كانوا حريصين على المساعده والتواصل مع الإدارة لحل الموضوع وهذا يدل على مهنيتهم واهتمامهم براحة النزلاء كل الشكر للأخ مازن وتركي العتيبي موظفين الاستقبال ، وساره الحربي من الإدارة تواصلت معي كل الشكر على حسن تعاملها وسرعة حلها للمشكله .

Pleasantly surprised by how good it was!
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 night during our repatriation from Dubai. Very spacious rooms, beautifully decorated, good location, and wonderful value for money. Highly recommended.
