great place to stay for handy access, safe and spacious
Pros:

Plenty of space in the apartment, great set up also with kitchen, bathroom nicely separated, great size bedrooms with plenty of storage, handy to the city and other interests, paid parking available very close, felt safe

Cons:

The oven did not work and it was a bit noisy late at night from the nearby establishments

Loved the actual property itself, very very spacious, has everything you need, including a full kitchen if you want it.
Pros:

Central location with heaps of food surrounding you if your visit is long enough to enjoy them. We couldn’t due to being there for a concert but they all looked great. Property is easy enough to get to once you have parked your car. As long as you don’t have trouble with stairs you’re all good.

Cons:

No actual parking onsite means you will get drenched if raining. The stairs are not undercover making the hike up and down a bit more challenging with your luggage in the rain

Disappointed No one to greet or answer phone. No parking and busy road. Could not stay

We did not get to stay in our booked and paid for accommodation.
Unclear that it was unattended and no one present to greet us. There were three other people waiting to get in. We all rang the numbers on the door but no reply. Finally rang a number off the booking sheet and got a person but they did not know what to do so abandoned the place as no parking either and found accommodation in Levin. not at all happy with this experience and would like a refund. The instructions in the email I eventually found were in very small print that we had to get a lock box key. We had come to Wellington through a large traffic jam and were very stressed and disappointed.

Good value, clean, comfortable and spacious.
Pros:

The apartment was much larger than I anticipated and was very well equipped for a week long stay, in a great place close to food shops and close to the bulk of the offices in Welly. The decor is old-fashioned in a good way.

Cons:

Would be perfect if it had a dehumidifier or air conditioner.
