This is a nice place to stay in a good location, would be happy to stay for longer
Pros:

It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We would have enjoyed staying for longer

Cons:

The parking was an inconvenient and we were grateful that it wasn’t raining!

Well-presented apartments but very noisy and above a masseuse/prostitute
Pros:

Property was well presneted and clean, plent yof space.

Cons:

Location means its very loud, truck noises and general commotion from the street from which there is no sound attenuation, as a result, sleep was broken. The "masseuse" below the apartments is clearly a bit extra - very happy to offer additional services whether you want them or not. could be a positive for some I suppose!

Had arranged for a let check-in yet apartment was still not ready on arrival.

Pros:

The apartment was very central and accessible. It was spacious and clean, with two good sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and hot drink supplies. There was a washing machine and tumble drier in one of the bafhrooms. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

A great base for exploring downtown Wellington
Pros:

Very, very good location and nice homely, practical and clean apartment. It was quiet when we stayed during the week.

Cons:

The parking is a bit inconvenient if you have small children and/or a lot of luggage. For the same reason, the stairs make getting luggage in and out a bit of a chore, but apart from that it was very good. I would be concerned with potential noise on the weekend if I was travelling with children, based on the location of the karaoke bar.

Leuk, ruim appartement midden in het stadscentrum, wel wat gedateerd wat meubels betreft.
Pros:

Het appartement lag prima in het centrum van de stad, alles op loopafstand te bereiken.

Cons:

De accommodatie is ruim van opzet maar ook enigszins gedateerd, een beetje meer meubels om het gezellig te maken binnen kan geen kwaad.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to all key attractions, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Very spacious apartment. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Decor is a little dated and outdoor areas could be spruced up a bit.

Oase van rust met alle gemakken in het centrum
Pros:

Wat een ruimte! En van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er een wasmachine was. Ook de ligging is zeer centraal. Ideaal als je de Ferry neemt
Daarnaast in alle drukte van de stad is het hier een oase van rust

Cons:

De slaapkamer was erg warm en de ventilator niet afdoende. Maar de rest maakte dat weer helemaal goed

Logement parfait mais nuit de merde

L'emplacement est exceptionnel,
Le logement est vraiment très bien,

Cons:

Mais un fois de plus il manque de vaisselle ! 4 petites cuillères, 4 fourchettes, .... Alors qu'il y a une cuisine énorme.

Les propriétaires ne gèrent absolument pas !!!!
Nous avons eu dans la même résidence un appartement loué par des gens pour faire la fête ! Résultat une bonne nuit de merde.

C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive et je vais demander un dédommagement

Great place to stay for visiting the city and wharf area. Well equipped unit with plenty of space and small outdoor area
Pros:

Excellent location with lots of space. Lovely to have an outdoor space and be able to open the doors.
Very well equipped.

Cons:

Hot with full sun beating through the glass roof, but able to open windows for fresh air.

A good central location - good for a one night stay, and walking distance to waterfront and Te papa
Pros:

Parking was at public under cover parking opposite and after inquiring about parking the instructions were clear how to purchase it, and the lady at the sister property was very helpful.

Not to our expectation. Way too hot to sleep. Broken dryer, lights not working unsafe internalstairs
Pros:

Location.grounfloor was ok.

Cons:

No ac & fans did not work well. Can't use handrail at top stairs as is against wall. Rooms well so hot could sleep even with the fan. Dryer is noisy (broken). No drop off or pick up area, no parking at property.

We visited in February and it was unbearably hot. There was no air con, just fans in the upstairs bedroom.
