Awesome place in all terms, value for money, closeness to everything, friendly staff.
Pros:

Walking distance to Taksim sq, decent and friendly staff especially Omar who ket following up even before we left out country and stayed until we arrived.

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The host as incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed. Amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming.

The location is excellent.Ard 7mins walk to the Taksim Sq/Finucular/metro and Istiklal shopping st. The room is spacious enough for 2 adults & 2 teens.Our room keeper Omar was also v friendly and my boys had fun watching soccer at e reception almost every night!

Cons:

On the other hand, less then sgd1k for 10nights..u get what you pay for.Basic room w amenities which are quite dated.It wld be good if the washer came w dryer and there really is no nd for a stove with so many cheap food optiona near by.

läget nära Taksim var ett stort plus och Omar i receptionen var väldigt vänlig, hjälpsam och alltid tillgänglig, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss trygga.

Cons:

Vår vistelse i den här lägenheten var tyvärr väldigt besviken. Redan vid ankomst märkte vi att flera av vitvarorna var i dåligt skick – kylskåpet och diskmaskinen var rostiga, och tvättmaskinen hade tydlig mögel. Även badrummet hade mögelproblem och badrumsfläkten var kopplad till lampan, vilket gjorde att den tjöt med jämna mellanrum, även mitt i natten. När fläkten tjöt kunde vi inte använda toaletten, vilket blev väldigt störande.

Ljudnivån från gatan var också hög hela tiden, och det luktade konstant rök i badrummet, vilket gjorde det svårt att trivas. Sängkläderna var dessutom smutsiga – både lakan, påslakan och örngott hade fläckar. När vi bad om nya var även de fläckiga.

Man hat alles, was man braucht
Pros:

Bin zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Esstisch, Coach und Tisch, etc. Der Besitzer und das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man sein Aufenthalt am Taksim bzw. Istiklal verbringen möchte. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min dort und Straßenbahn, Metro sind dort vorhanden. Des Weiteren gibt es gleich nebenan zwei kleine Märkte, die 24h offen haben. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist auch 24h da. Falls ich wieder am Taksim bleibe, gehe ich wieder dahin. Kann es euch empfehlen

Très bel établissement très bien situé à 5mn de la place Taksim.
L’appartement est propre et agréable
Le personnel est super sympa et très professionnel.

Pros:

Выбрали делюкс.
Приехали поздно. Ночью поселили в номер хуже.
Утром пообещали переселить. Но сослались на нерабочую электрику.
Позже прозвучало, что как выселят других, так заселят.
В итоге 2 дня из 4х в номере хуже.
А делюкс хороший, просторный.
Парень на ресепшене хороший, но попал в такую ситуацию

Highly recommended
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to Taksim Square and İstiklal Street. A grocery store and some other eateries were also nearby. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Omar, who handled the booking, was extremely helpful and welcoming.
Thank you very much Omar, for such great hospitality.
Definitely recommended.

Cons:

It would be good to provide some soap for the dishwasher, washer, or the kitchen sink to do dishes by hand
