Bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage pour la piscine.

L’emplacement est très sympa, le personnel est agréable, surtout les mecs de la sécurité parking

Cons:

Une piscine très jolie, mais malheureusement on peut pas beaucoup en profiter un bruit permanent de ventilation de l’hôtel, sans compter le Chantier qui a grave la situation mais nous remercions quand même l’équipe de nous apporter amis d’aller dans la piscine de l’autre, hôtel de la même chaîne, manque de personnel à la piscine pour les commandes le débarrassage des assiettes, etc.

Luxury hotel in the heart of KL
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Bukit Bintang which made it easy to walk around and enjoy the hustle & bustle and nightlife without worrying about straying too far from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our special requests for our infant child. The room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was nice but given the price, more variety in breakfast food options would have been better.

Perfect stay in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Perfect location! Close to mrt and a lively area of Bukit Bintang. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop with the pool was also very nice.

Worth the price
Pros:

I love that the urban lifestyle room looks new and well designed.

Cons:

The urban lifestyle is not 100% soundproof. I can literally hear people walking, vacuum noise & banging doors from inside my room. Also, I'm not satisfied with the 'sahur' breakfast spread. I feel like the management didn't try hard enough. The food was ok and we have limited food. I'm pretty sure the actual breakfast is way better. Should've just give us the actual breakfast spread since we pay THE SAME.

Lokatie is top! Verzorging prima als je voor de juiste prijs geboekt hebt.
Pros:

Lokatie is top! Midden in Bukit Bintang, voor ons veel fijner dan KLCC (waar je overigens zo bent)
We zijn onze reis hier gestart en hebben aan het einde de 2 nachten hier ook nog bijgeboekt.

Pros:

The signature family room (Journey in the wild) was beautiful! My elephant lover niece loooooved it!
It was spacious cleaned and full of attention for the kids comfort (kids slippers and bathrobe, kids hygiene products etc.)

A birthday cake was waiting for us in the room and made her very happy!

The personnel attended all of our needs with a great attitude and always a smile and kind word.

Thanks you for this great stay!

P.S : the written note was such a was one of the details that made all the difference
