Disappointing
Pros:

Convenient location for stop over.
Rooms were very clean.
Shower room spotless.
Staff were friendly.
Privacy/security shutters were welcomed especially with people having to walk past your window to get to rooms.
Overall, sadly we won't be returning due to the negatives below, but it is such a shame, because with a little investment in making the appearance neat, tidy & safe plus a better menu, it could be a great hotel.

Cons:

Spiral staircase to access rooms is not user friendly and is in a really bad state of dis-repair! (See photos)
General exterior paintwork & appearance needs urgent attention, peeling paintwork inside rooms and outside on railings & bannisters together with dangerous rusting metalwork.
Thermostat constantly flashing so bright in room 203 I thought there was an emergency service vehicle outside when I put lights out.
Heating not working in 203 so room was like an ice box all night.
Need to have some more vegetarian options on restaurant menu.
Was told they could do a 3 cheese pizza, so booked a table for 30 minutes later, then when we we sat down to order, were told it wasn't available. Only vegetarian options on menu was cheese ravioli despite website claiming to have a "special vegetarian menu"

A chaque passage un parfait moment de repos.
Pros:

La disponibilité, la bienveillance, les services à mon attention ont été exemplaires. Comme d'habitude où à d'autres moments je voyage en couple et de passage chez vous.

Cons:

L'hiver la climatisation comme unique chauffage ne suffit pas.

Pros:

Emplacement ideal, proche de l'autoroute sans entendre les voitures ! Logement accessible facilement après fermeture de la réception. Chambre propre et spacieuse et litterie hyper confort !
Une salle de bain avec douche pression et haut chaude, seche cheveux a dispo. Rien à redire. Une halte pour recharger les batteries avant de reprendre la route avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
Pour un hôtel de halte routière nous validons a 100%

Pros:

De passage lors d'un mariage! Tout s'est bien passé, c'était calme, propre avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons seulement dormi mais la literie nous correspondait très bien.

Un bon hôtel/restaurant que je recommande vivement!
Pros:

contact @ et accueil très agréable et à l'écoute.....tres propre, j'ai également pris le diner et tit dej très fourni. parking sécurisé et un très bon emplacement pour moi en déplacement pour un stage sur la Motte Servolex!
