Dass keine Schweizer-TV-Programme empfangbar waren (obschon SAT-Access-Karte vorhanden war; habe mich durch sämtliche Programme durch gewälzt), und das in der Schweiz (hat mich sehr geärgert).

Perfect nice hotel with a great restaurant.
Pros:

Everybody was very friendly and competent. Nice clean room, great restaurant. Access to the underground garage is great. Room and bathroom are big and comfortable.

Cons:

Some rooms have an option to connect two with the doors in between. Sound isolation is not the best for those cases.
