Pros:

The only truly positive aspect of my stay was one administrator Vladimir. He was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the rest of the staff.

The stay left a very mixed impression.
There was a noticeable mold smell in the rooms, which suggests there may be a problem with ventilation or moisture. This is concerning because such conditions can negatively affect guests’ health.
The most disturbing issue, however, was the situation with my early check-out. Due to the outbreak of the war, I had to leave several days earlier than planned. I asked the hotel if it would be possible to refund the remaining nights. At first I was told that the decision depended on the owner, but later I was simply told that “everyone needs money right now,” and that no refund would be provided. I find this response unacceptable and lacking basic empathy given the circumstances.
Because of these issues, it is difficult to describe my overall experience as pleasant.

Friendly devoted service . Fabulous stay
Pros:

The front desk personnel delivered outstanding service, facilitating our breakfast, ensuring our prompt wake-up, and coordinating taxi services to the airport. They meticulously ensured the remainder of our family was awakened and transported via an additional taxi, all while exhibiting a positive and committed disposition.

Cons:

We were required to evacuate the building to seek shelter during the rocket attacks. I would greatly appreciate having an in-building shelter.
