Great place, great location
Pros:

We appreciated its location in Shinjuku. Everything was close, easy walking but the hotel is just on the fringe so it was quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was close to restaurants. The staff very helpful and friendly specially Ms. Ashley and Mr. Nguyen.

Si c’est à refaire je choisirai un autre quartier pour Tokyo.
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux comme partout au Japon. L’eau citronnée à disposition à la réception

Cons:

Les lits sont un peu trop durs et les coussins moins confortables que les hôtels que nous avons eu ailleurs. La chambre était très petite, pas de place pour ouvrir les valises. L’hôtel se trouve à proximité d’un square de SDF où drogue et alcool sont consommés et l’intervention régulière des ambulances. Le quartier de SHINJUKU est plutôt chaud le soir et très bruyant. Mais fenêtre fermée c’est supportable. Nous ne nous sommes toutefois jamais senties en danger, tout est très safe et aucune agressivité.

Une chambre au décors japonais qui nous met tous de suite dans l’ambiance
Pros:

Les chambres sont très belles on est tous de suite dans l’ambiance japonaise. Le personnel a l’accueil était très gentil.

Cons:

Les stores laissent trop passer de la lumière et attention pour ceux qui n’aiment pas le bruit l’hôtel est en face d’une clinique. En conséquence vous pouvez entendre les ambulances arriver aux urgences.
