Pros:

Meget sentralt- spennende område - gåavstand fra togstasjonen

Keep looking and you’ll find larger space with a better staff closer to a train station.
Pros:

It was close to a 7/11 but so is every hotel in Tokyo

Cons:

The rooms look nothing like the picture. They doubled the price to reflect they were giving a big discount which was way more than what a hotel of that caliber in Tokyo should cost.

The staff was not helpful and to save on cost 😂 they have all the prepackaged amenities at the lobby counter.

They offer free drinks within a time limit and while waiting for the wait staff to stop talking to a group of people they then said they couldn’t serve us because it was 4 minutes past the time period.

When a friend was visiting from another area of Tokyo for dinner they asked to put their bag in our room and the front desk denied us letting them come up. Which is … odd

The lobby always smells like the bathroom.

Pros:

The location was great. Four people in one tiny room with all of our luggage was a little bit tough, but we managed. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the size of the room. It was tough to fit four adults and all of our luggage into the room. Also, of all of our accommodations in the 10 day period that we stayed in Japan, it was the priciest.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena si uno busca ambiente juvenil diversión, bullicio, además bien comunicada con el transporte público. El personal siempre disponible para resolver tus dudas. La limpieza bien pero solo hacen la habitación cada dos días.

Cons:

La ubicación es mala si se busca algo más de tranquilidad por el entorno falto de limpieza y el dudoso bullicio de la zona, letreros con jóvenes anunciándose.
La habitación muy pequeña y eso que pagamos más por unos metros de más.
Los hoteles en Tokio no son baratos y éste no es una excepción.

The hotel was close by to shops

Cons:

Unfortunately a booking error incident happened and staff tried to make us pay 6600 yen out of pocket when it was not our error (but booking.com) and took over an hour to resolve. The hotel was pricy considering the facilities, didn’t have proper area for storing luggage, staff defensive, didn’t have a spa/onsen area, and toilet didn’t have a bidet. Would recommend going across the road to APA instead
