My stay was happy, but I think now having experienced staying here for the third time maybe to move somewhere else
Pros:

It was great location and the staff were friendly

Cons:

The property is looking very tired and dirty
The headboards on the bed have dirty marks where other people have had their heads leave in a stain
The televisions are old and do not work properly. They store on volume.
The breakfast is very minimal and the same every day and the staff although very nice don’t seem to know what’s going on they all stand around the altar to the entrance of the restaurant looking at you They need to be situated separately from that space near the Kitchen door to keep an eye on the rest of the restaurant to maintain good service The lifts are dirty and stained and old The beds around the swimming pool are damaged dangerous and on two occasions scratched me with sharp edges Sometimes in the morning there’s no towels around the pool which this should be a priority at the beginning of the day
The windows looking out onto the main High Street are filthy and look like that they’ve never been cleaned

Great location, comfortable enough, freindly staff.
Pros:

Bed comfortable, good shower, great location , helpfull staff
Restauraunt good, a bit pricey though.

Cons:

The room was clostrophobic, no balcony, same on gym .
Pool ok, a bit small but adequate

Hotel looking tired stayed a year earlier doesn't appear they are doing much maintenance. Stains on carpets, broken sunbeds ect.
