Location ist sehr schön, Personal sehr unpersönlich, wirkt aufgesetzt. Suite ist keine echte Suite. Preis-/Leistung

Die Location an sich, da diese sehr repräsentativ anmutet.

Cons:

Die Flexibilität beim Check-In und die Zeiten allgemein. Check-In ab 15 Uhr ist schon sehr dreist und Check-out bis 11 Uhr ist auch nicht wirklich gastfreundlich. Man bucht einen Tag und bekommt 20 Stunden.Der offerierte Pool war am 11. Oktober nicht mehr beheizt, was nirgends zu sehen war bei der Buchung. Die sogenannte Suite mit Whirlpool auf dem Zimmer, war ein etwas größerer Raum als üblich und der Whirlpool war im Bad und nicht im Zimmer. Die Dusche war sehr breit aber nicht tief genug und die Armatur hängt genau auf der schmalen Seite. Für große, kräftige Menschen eine Tortour. Dafür war der Preis deutlich zu hoch.Auch war die sogenannte Suite nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Auch reichte das Geld offensichtlich nicht mehr für ein ‚do not disturb‘ Schild. DS Personal war freundlich reserviert, aber nicht herzlich. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, sondern abgefertigt.

Memorable stay in stunning surroundings.
Pros:

There were many things to like about Villa Carioca. The historic buildings are charming, the grounds and surrounding scenery are breathtaking, the food was reasonable in price and of excellent quality. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The location is a little tricky to access using public transport. The bus from Verona stops about four kilometres from Villa Carioca and it was impossible to get a taxi. Luckily the school bus was able to take us!

Overweldigende entree echter in de praktijk viel het helaas tegen.
Pros:

De ligging is prachtig en imposant. Het personeel was erg aardig. Ontbijt is top. Wel is de bedrijfskleding voor de mensen in de horeca erg achterhaalt.

Cons:

Het bed kraakte en het matras is aan vervanging toe. Geen stoel op de kamer. Hierdoor is de prijs voor een overnachting te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt. Men geeft aan om 00.00 uur stilte echter om 2.30 uur zaten er nog mensen onder ons raam buiten op het terras te kletsen. Dit was niet prettig.
