Pros:

Everything was ok and the facilities are ok as well.

Cons:

I was planning to bring my dog but pet cleaning fee of 1K pesos is unacceptable for me so I decided not to bring my dog anymore. I hope you can make this refundable in the future especially if the pet owner is responsible enough. 1K is too much!

Also, upon checking in, I saw some hair strands on the floor and a diaper in the trash bin. Didn't have time to complain about it as I just want to relax.

Pros:

The overlooking bar, restaurant and pool. And all the staff was so very friendly and smiling.

Cons:

Only the jacuzzi in 11th floor, much better more deeper and more bubbling water. The rest was good and excellent.

Pros:

Staff is accomodating..only room the loft bed hard for us as we have pwd and not explained to me how was the room style..
