Äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal (Rezeption und Bedienung); tolle Aussicht über Funchal; modernes Design; großzügiger Spa-bereich; sauber; hervorragendes Abendbuffet zu unterschiedlichen Themen; Altstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (ca 10 Minuten); Frühstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend und köstlich; geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wir waren bereits das 2 Mal in diesem Hotel, einfach total schön! Alles super sauber, schöne neue Zimmer - toller Spabereich & sehr gutes Frühstück!

Cons:

Schade dass das Außenpool nicht beheizt wird :/

Uma boa opção na Ilha da Madeira
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, pois permite ir a pé a vários locais de interesse. A ladeira é um pouco puxada, mas devagar se chega lá, com a vantagem de local silencioso e com bela vista. O hotel não é luxuoso mas oferece com conforto seus serviços. O quarto é amplo, com bastante espaço para dispor seus pertences. Vista magnifica do mar. Café da manhã excelente e variado. Infelizmente não conseguimos vaga para o restaurante com estrela Michelin que tem no hotel. Mas o bufê noturno foi muito bom, bem como o bar da piscina externa. A piscina interna é grande, maravilhosa, incluída no preço, e não colocam nenhuma dificuldade para acesso, nem limitação de horário ou tempo de uso, o que não é comum.

Cons:

Não ter restaurante com menu a la Carte.

Außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Als erstes ist das Personal zu erwähnen. Ein super herzliches Team das für alle Fragen jederzeit offen ist und dem man die Freude an der Arbeit ansieht. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Zentrum von Funchal zu Fuss erreichbar. Aussergewöhnlich ist in jedem Fall auch die Verpflegung. Tolles Frühstück und auch das Buffet am Abend lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, was sich im Nachhinein als sehr wertvoll herausgestellt hat. Viele kleine Extras werden hier noch zusätzlich angeboten, was den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis gemacht hat. Pool, Spa, Fitnessraum alles sauber und sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Ein Problem was es aber in so vielen Hotels gibt. Es gibt einfach viel zu wenig Stauraum für Koffer etc. Ein sehr kleiner Schrank, keine Haken und keine Garderobe. Das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau, aber eben dennoch lästig, wenn irgendwann sämtliche (teilweise feuchten) Handtücher und Klamotten im Zimmer herumliegen, weil es kaum Möglichkeiten gibt etwas aufzuhängen.
