淋雨設施很舒服，洗澡的時候真的很放鬆
房間桌子很大
早餐菜品還可以
早餐券可以頂替在晚餐的時候抵消費用，這點彈性很大

Cons:

枕頭太臭了，四個都有汗臭味，感覺很惡心
馬桶的設計很不喜歡，自動沖水的速度太快了我還沒擦好呢，而且水位很高，上廁所的時候一直反濺，也感覺很惡心
房間空間很小，行李攤不開，只能放在地上開其中一側，然後反復摩擦行李箱換開另一側
洗衣機只有兩台，要排隊用
櫃檯好幾位服務人員的態度感覺很驕傲和敷衍，有種瞧不起人的感覺

Pros:

Very well located in Ikebukuro. The personall is very helpful. Rooms have the small size typical of what one can find in Tokyo but are very well optimized to offer a comfortable stay. Customers look mostly tourists but also busyness men or women. The japanese breakfast is excellent and the location is in a cosy room. I have not tried tje western style breakfast.
