Stunning place with beautiful design and very professional staff.
Pros:

Stunning place, we loved our stay here and wish we had booked for longer. The staff are very helpful and professional. The rooms are designed beautifully and there is a peaceful vibe at the hotel. Easy access to the southern suburbs and camps bay. We recommend driving and it’s a very safe area.

We komen hier steeds weer terug!
Pros:

Het is heerlijk om hier te verblijven. Het is rustig, je hebt een mooi uitzicht. De kamers zijn fijn. Het ontbijt maakt dat je lang blijft zitten. Het zwembad is niet al te groot,maar heerlijk om af te koelen.

Beautiful award winning gem. Very peaceful and refreshing!
Pros:

This hotel is soooo charming, and is so underrated. The photos do not give it justice. It has won architectural awards for the design, and it is beyond beautiful. The details, the spacious room, the communal areas, everything was spectacular. The whole team were great, and very helpful especialliay Suzie, who took time to explain everything in the hotel, the area and beyond! Such a lovely lady. The rooms were very big, very charming, and the views are beautiful. The pool area, and parking on site are also wonderful. Will surely recommend to others, and stay there again. The bathroom was also beautiful, spacious, and with a big window with an amazing view. They also offered me early check in. They were just so nice! I wish I stayed for longer.

Cons:

Breakfast ordering is a bit complicated, and you have to fill out a paper, which cheapens the feel a bit. The room did not have air-conditioning.

Haven in Hout Bay
Pros:

We had a great two bedroom unit that was beautifully fitted out. Spacious, new and lovely.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Sound does travel through the walls/doors but that’s the only criticism.

A perfect stay above Hout Bay
Pros:

Set above Hout Bay this is the perfect escape. The surrounding views are dramatic and spectacular! We were greeted by Derek who gave us a lovely welcome. Umoya Residence is set on a mountain slope so the views from each apartment may vary, ours (Cinamon) was expansive over the bay and mountains. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, every detail has been considered with great storage, tea making facilities at the right height (!) and so much light and space. The apartment was immaculate including the bathroom which had great products and lovely natural touches. Breakfast is ordered the night before, it was perfectly cooked. A wonderful selection of nuts,seeds and honey as well as other breakfast items. The staff was attentive and friendly. All in all a great stay and very good value. There is also a wonderful swimming pool which was very peaceful.

Cons:

No air conditioning but a fan was provided. There was a huge window which opened fully so air circulation was not an issue.

Prachtig hotel met voortreffelijk ontbijt
Pros:

Fantastisch ontbijt, prachtig design hotel in een aangename omgeving.

Cons:

Gebrek aan airco in de kamer, mensen in naburige kamers waren heel hoorbaar door gebrek aan isolatie (we stonden precies samen in dezelfde badkamer)

Pros:

Очень красивая вилла с собственной кухней, столом и настоящим камином. Персонал очень быстро отвечал на все наши запросы, охрана и ресепшн работает 24/7. На машине 5 минут до ресторанов и очень безопасное и отличное место. Сделан хороший дизайнерский ремонт. Очень рекомендую. Утром вкусный завтрак по выбору из меню.

Прекрасный, стильный отель в красивом месте. Просторные, чистые номера.

Cons:

Организация завтрака оставляет желать лучшего. Гостям выдают листки для предварительного заказа завтрака с выбором времени завтрака. В результате, заказанный нами на 8:30 завтрак нам принесли в 9:05. 35 минут мы сидели голодные и к нам даже никто не подошел! Какой смысл заполнять эти формы, если вы не соблюдаете время, указанное в них
